Mike Alpha and Whiskey Juliette were both in the hangar so I don't know which one it was. Dave's may have been Bravo Delta no..it was Lima Hilton the KA. All three of the otters are now in Spaceland

I was sitting next to Chuckie when this occurred and I don't have much to add except to say that people are always talking about how they don't want more regulation in this sport. It appears as though neither of these people gave any thought to the impact that their so called stunt may have on the rest of the skydiving community. More shall be revealed.

James was actually suppose to fly the Otter in Texas this week-end. Looks like he'll be flying commrcially back to PHX on Saturday Will pass on your well wishes and make an inquirey as to your tent

Our pilot James had a mishap getting out of the otter yesterday while still in Rantoul. He broke his leg after the ladder slipped out from under him. James called me to see if I knew a Dr by the name of Amy who was in Lost Prairie and Rantoul as he felt comfortable in speaking with her. It did of course turn out to be our own Amy! Thanks to our resident Dr. Amy for looking after one of Skydive Arizona's greatest assets. She is...da bomb diggety!

Well its all fun and games until someone loses and eye or sumpin'! Having a cart driver scared and a person nearly hitting her and a baby on the other side wasn't cool. Then to watch as someone swooped a car and nearly hit it..well you know

Okay we know that Roger had a past. Well hell who doesn't have something! I say just because the aircraft landed at SDC does not mean that it is associated with the drop zone. As to Michael updating, I don't see anything wrong in that either. I would expect someone to do the same no matter where the incident occurred.

I believe I asked a question, and not as you put it. I never said it wasn't possible. A nice aircraft it is too.

I suggest you speak then with the pilots, air bosses and ground crew. Perhaps they would be able to explain it to you better than I can. I agree. Set up the main landing area like a run way. The other two can be used for into the wind landings for those not comfortable landing in what maybe a cross wind situation. I would also think it wise to better enforce a no fly zone 500 feet above all tents, and no swooping the cart drivers!

You know what they say about assuming. Think of the number of planes in the air, multiple jump runs, ground speeds and all the variables. Consider too the type of jumpers e.g. wing suit flyers. Go arounds are not a good idea at any large boogie with multiple jump runs and aircraft.

Seeing as how there are 3 jump runs and aircraft running 2 minutes apart do you really believe go arounds are safe? I'd rather walk five miles than crawl five feet. Having another group dropped on top of me isnt my idea of a good time.

I could offer a lot of things but most have already been expressed. What would make it better is having Djan and Skr at convention. They were noticeably missed this year! And damn as a non-drinker..I never did find the free soda! In fact, I never have.

Okay lets look at this in a different way. Incidents has rules and a guidlines for reporting. The intent is to report facts and to learn period. It is not the place to joke about anything nor a place to offer condolences. Chachi is entitled to ask for an opinion in the Bonfire as he has done. Lets say there are some that agree to disagree and leave it at that. Pixie edited to say: Chachi..you are allowed as you so put it to feel, think or laugh at anything you want.
