-
Abraxis..you going to be at Monroe for the boogie next weekend? there should be 5 or 6 of us there at some point. Home is Skydive Atlanta in Thomaston, GA, but I've been to Monroe, Cedartown (don't ask), and Deland. I need to get out more!!

Tickets were 19.50 last time I jumped there...strange but whatever. I just need some air so I guess I'll pay. If we are doing Cessna loads I will need to be very intoxicated in order to aviate off that...one sorry guys. As far as the raft I'll also have the whale thing....that should be funny.

I was teaching my math class to 7th graders when I heard. It blew my mind as we sat and watched. My kids didn't understand and I was honestly so dazed I did a terrible job of explaining. We watched and took notes on the board of what flight, where, who many dead. It really started to sink in when we were told there were 50,000 people working in the towers, because one of my students commented that was more people than live in our county. My thoughts and prayers are with the families and friends of the victims (even the terrorists families because they too will have to live with this forever...may they suffer for their sins). Wingie, JT and anyone else serving our country. Please be careful these people obviously have no respect for human life. Revenge will be sweet. Thanks guys.

Suggestion.....stay on my good side.

Mike, I'm glad I meet with your approval. Ms. Bitch

Treetop often does demo jumps with the American Flag flying while he is under canopy. It is such a beautiful sight. He even has a star spangled jumpsuit. That man rocks!! Maybe we should talk him into jumping into the lawn of the White House (with their permission of course) to show support.

Pyke....Watcher, PLFKING, and I plan on being there. I'll gladly push all you gentlemen out of a perfectly good airplane, and let you buy me a beer afterwards. I think we are all camping too so plan on us being there all night. I just wish the FF to ATL and CASA were not the same weekend. I'm glad Spence is cooking as I know I'll be well fed to go along with it. Tell Jen to make sure to bring the electric 8 way thing as we may need to start some trouble. Who else is going to be there??????
-
It is Ms. Bitch to you gentlemen.....:-) BTW...I was always taught don't carry it if you wouldn't use it, and to shoot first and ask questions later.

And don't you boys ever forget it!!

You make some good points. I have been a flight attendant on two major airlines. In both training classes we were taught to do exactly as we were told, never question or deny them anything. Observe and make mental notes so that we can tell the authorities what we learned. The only mental note I've have in the past week is looking at the names praying I didn't know any of the crew killed. It is true that you can get on a major airline with just about anything. I've carried lots of things that I shouldn't have. I forgot my gun I carried for protection was in my purse once and it flew with me on two legs of the flight before I realized it. Thankfully the discovery was made at a crew base and supervisory personnel were on hand to help me. If you were flight crew you generally never even went through any security checks points. This is true at lots of major airports....scary. All this rambling is to say you are correct FFPM. We have fallen asleep on watch and now we are paying the price for it. I am just as guilty of being annoyed at waits. Rather we should all be thankful that someone is awake and protecting our freedom. Lisa

Before all this stuff I had no problem with my rig; however, good luck. Get a copy of the cypres info card from SSK just in case. Hopefully I'll see you there. I'm doing the CASA in Monrie one day and the FF to ATL the other I hope....they need to plan better. Can't miss me I have a purple and teal rig and j/s. Lisa

Way to go Jason. Congrats on the new baby diver to be. It is really special to have something to smile about this week...thank you so much for sharing. Take good care of Mom and baby. Kids are so special (I have two girls). The second will not be anything like the first though so prepare yourself. Lisa

Thank you....finally a question I can understand, Prost. So bottom line...jumping or not???
-
Good for you Rob if that is how you feel, but I have to go with Slappie on this one, I'm no quitter.
-
Or is BORED SLUT??
-
Speedy....I understand that you feel terrible about stopping for awhile but know that it will work out in the end. You can always jump rented gear every once and awhile to stay current and keep you altitude adjustment in balance. Good Luck and take care. Keep us informed. Lisa
-
Bill...so glad you made it out. I too agree with Clay (I know write that one down) it was not your time. Good for you and for us. Take Care of the foot and watch out for skyboarders. Lisa

Pammi....I sit here at lunch pondering over the most prominent question I have heard today....How do we know they won't come after us?? This from middle school kids. I try to explain they were after large targets that got the most attention so it is unlikely they will hit small town America, but how can I prove that?? I try and reassure those kids whose fathers or mothers were called in to military service last evening that all will be ok, and they will return shortly, but how can I promise that? I try not to compare this to the beginning of WWII but the signs are there and the kids recognize and question it. Problem is I see it too and don't know how to react either. For those of you serving in the military thank you and PLEASE be careful. Everyone be alert as we don't know if or when or where they will attack again. Obviously human life means nothing to them be it theirs or someone elses.

You are a very sick individual. Have some respect for those people whose only crime was going to work yesterday. Don't you think they would have gotten out if they could? To lower myself to your level I could say hopefully next time you won't.
