    modified rig..

Sorry, have to go now. Was thinking of heading down to one of the local cliffs (1600m) and have some fun.. Fun means flying in 250 kmt horizontal for a minutt here in Norway.. To bad the drive is so long.. 190 kilometers.. Suckers, keep on tumbling down the objects with your fat belly`s hanging out of your outdated rigs..

    modified rig..

No, its a marshmellow... I guess the flyers will appreciate this rig more.. Image is nothing, flying is everything..

Hi, Just wanted to show you some photos of my modified Vertex.. Any better? Cheers, Andreas
  4. Sure its ok, dont worry.. Enjoy!
  5. I am aware of this, and hopefully Murphy is nice to me..

    Virtus rigging

Canopy is a O-p 293 Flik.. Need more jumps on the same suit with the new and the old rig to compare and feel the difference, but Im sure its there..
  7. The container is pretty solid when closed yes.. Not attached to the suit..

Answers.... 1) Why did you design the container to extend past the boc/pc? To complete the profile over the body, and to make it as smooth as possible. Which looks more like a real wing; mine or yours? Why do you think every wingsuit have these back deflectors? Same reason.. 2) With the said, with the current design, are you not worried about the bridle becoming entangled on the bottom of your container? Maybe if I fly backwards and throw it under the container... Or stand up... Its possible of course.. Im not doing slider down acro jumps with it, superterminal belly down forward mainly.. 3) Overall, what is your goal with your design? Is it a low profile rig? Mainly to get a low profile rig, ending as far back as practically possible. To reduse drag and to shift the lifting point of the body further back. Less drag, more speed, more fun, more beer and more girls! Less time spent in the air, more time spent drinking karsk... Going to test it in a wind tunnel soon, (horizontal test tunnel) and compare it with my old Vertex. I`ll post the results of course.

Hi Some more pics of my selfmade rig. Now its finished and I`ve flown it twice.. Love it.. Peace out
  10. Some pics of my selfmade BASE rig, created with less drag and more speed in mind...

    Tracking suit.

3 of our guys have sold out, thoose with sewing skills and visions have not. Some make their own stuff... We try to push things forward.... If you wanna buy and fly a Cessna, be my guest.... I prefeer the F-16... Take care
  12. Obviously you need to get your eyes checked.. This suit is much smoother and aerodynamicly shaped.. Good job Martin, best wishes!

    Tracking suit.

Ok then, its the best thing ever made, by far... Enjoy..

    Tracking suit.

My guess is that it sucks, you will regret the buy and ask how come a big company like that can come up with something you could make yourself in half an hour.. But you`ll probably look really cool hanging in the after sky bar... Take care
  15. How many skydivers and BASE jumpers are there in the world today? Anyone?
  16. How dear you offend us with such an assumption? We have nothing to do with their setup, (thank god..) You will know when VKB hit the market... Some try, VKB fly.. Peace, Andreas

    New rig..

I know the idea of this kind of helmet shape is pretty old, but still its pretty cool! Not everything is for performance... And I have no intention of integrating the leading edge and the head, yet.. A head without a helmet is the most aerodynamic, so when we will be breaking the300 kmh horizontal, we toss the "teardrop" and shave our heads! Adios amigo

    New rig..

The reason why wingsuits have these back deflectors, is because they want the body profile to be smooth all the way to the leg wing, for reasons I`ve posted earlier. And since the traditional rig design is the way it is, they need this deflector to at least try to smoothen the profile. My rig is designed so that the profile is much longer and smoother, giving the desired effect. And the effect of having a truly smooth profile is much better than you can ever have with a standard rig and a deflector, because the gap betwen the rig and deflector today is far from smooth. And it need to be 100% smooth to have any significant effect! Peace, Andreas

    New rig..

Well, some dear to be different and dont sit around speculating. I`ve made this rig, I`ve jumped this rig, successfully I might add.. Yesterday.. I know the difference between flying a traditonal rig and this new design.. And I know what I prefer.. And what does the fact that we have big walls to jump have to do with anything? New rig designs etc, will benefit everyone, regardles of jump site. The human flight (r)evolution has just begun, in the future things will be a lot different, take my word for it.. But I totallt agree that when making gear, it is always about compromises, one thing will effect the other, often in a negative way. If you want to make something easy to hike with and do to acrobatics with, and at the same time fly like hell, its not easy.. As you know. But when we have so many different ways of jumping and so many places to jump, one could chose what to do, and get or make the gear beneficial for the kind of jumping one wants. And the more experienced one get, one can jump more specialised wings, rigs, and get even more fun! Oh, I almost forgot, take a look at my newest design, completing my setup... Some try, VKB fly.. Peace, Andreas

"Designed and developed by a team of professional skydivers, B.A.S.E. jumpers and industrial designers, utilizing the latest in CAD design technology, IMPACT offers you the ultimate in both form and function. Tested to terminal speeds in the wind tunnel and in the air, you can jump confident in the knowledge that you have the best there is." Some try, VKB fly.... Peace, Andreas

Not really, its a Flik 293 with 0p top.. No kidding.

    New rig..

Haven`t seen that rig no, but I would like to. So now I`m ther one getting sued, huh? Well, pretty impresive that a very low profiled rig has been around since the 80`s and still people go and buy that other so called ws rigs! People could have tracked and flown like hell years ago! I guess it is because no one dear to be different and the first, and if its not hyped up and cool, people stay away from it.. Well tell Moe to get back in buisness again so we can change the perspective of people, and give them propper flying rigs!

    New rig..

Thanks, I think so to! And I have already protected the design, so if anyone tries to copy it, I`ll sue their asses for millions! Remember who came up with the design, and who is the creators of tomorrows flying gear when the copycats start pushing them.. More to come, Andreas
