Yes, I have been demoing canopies from both companies. I tried the website, however it sucked! Just call them, I forget the ladys name (Susan or Michelle ???), but here is the # 813-891-6300. I have to say that I am far more impressed with PD, Kim specifically. She seems more focused on helping me find the right canopy for me, whereas Aerodyne seems only interested in selling me a canopy. I have demoed 2 Pilot 132 and really enjoyed them both. I just got a Sabre 2 150 and will be jumping that this weekend. What are your thoughts on the Sabre 2? I was sitting at my desk, working on the 9am closing, when my assistant came in and told me that a plane had hit the WTC. My first thought was "huh?". I kept working................... A short time later, she enters my office, looking strangly pale, and quietly states that another plane has also hit the WTC. My first thought "OMG, this is intentional!" Everyone huddled in the Firm waiting room, mouths hanging open as we watched the towers collapse. I remember crying silently. I was horrified at the enormous loss of life. My soul hurt and I wanted nothing more at that moment than to wrap my arms around my babies. I immediately collected my children. We sat in a church (a random church that we stopped at) and prayed. I felt hollow and was somewhat glad that my son, who was only 5, and my daughter, who was 9, were too young to fully understand the horror that we witnessed that day. I sat glued to the tv, in tears, for the rest of the evening. It was one of the few times I've ever seen my husband cry. Typing this, I still get that dreadful sadness that weighs heavy on my heart. Past can be past, if the person has demonstrated that they have matured and evolved their decision-making processes. We all fuck up, especially when we're young. If we can learn from those fuck-ups and grow so that we don't repeat them, it's all good. It's the chronic fuck-ups that I, personally, don't trust. I agree that it does kill the "trust" factor. No, I never told him and I never will. I know how much it hurts to be on the receiving end of that type of information and I just don't have it in me to hurt him in such a manner. Again, this relationship is so far beyond repair that him not trusting me again is the LEAST of the issues. I can also honestly say that this would be the one and only time in 12 1/2 yrs that he could say that I ever did ANYTHING to hurt him, EVER. I have forgiven him of numerous affairs, lies and bad choices, eventually it took a toll on me and I realized that I no longer feel anything for him, at all, yet I still feel guilty about making the right choices when I know that it's going to hurt him. I disagree. I have been unfaithful to ONE and only ONE person in my entire life. I was unfaithful to that person with only ONE other person. I didn't go out looking to hook up, the situation just kinda presented itself. I must say that the relationship that I was in had LONG since been OVER and I simply lacked the balls to put it to death. I do not have the heart to be unfaithful to someone that I care deeply for, the guilt would eat me alive. Therefore, I feel that your statement is not all that accurate. Some people just aren't wired with the "do it once, they'll do it again" mentality. Hell, I even feel guilty for doing things when I know it is the right thing to do (if it will hurt someone). I am a Real Estate Closing Paralegal in Atlanta. The value of homes (depending on the area) are becoming lower. To many people are getting 80/20 Adj. Rate mortgages, paying interest only for the 1st several yrs. Problem is this, the rates adjust - up - the monthly payment increases by a few hundred $$. The person can't afford to make the payment, attempts to refi and can't because the value of the home dropped a few thousand. Therefore they owe more than the "market" says the house is worth, in the mean time, the rate goes up yet again, thereby forcing them into foreclosure. Sadly the Atlanta foreclosure market has/is blowing up. Can you say 5000 foreclosures for this August!!!!! Please people, don't do an "Interest Only" loan, unless you don't plan on owning the home for very long. I see this everyday and I just want to shake the person & scream "WTF are you doing - STOP, STOP!!" Home sales in Atlanta have slowed down, considerably. It is certainly a buyers market right now and alot of Sellers are PAYING to sell their home, or coming away with really SMALL profits. As a survivor of 3 wars with that miserable monster I say, "Kick his ass Savanah!" You are a hero! Keep that wonderful attitude and you will survive and be victorious! This so made me cry, I understand how she feels, only I'm not a child, I'm a grown woman with children. Children totally amaze me. Their strength and determination far outweighs that of any adult that I know. There were plenty of times that I felt like caving in and giving up the fight to save my own life. Remembering the strength my daughter showed, at the ripe old age of 9, during a medical emergency that damn near took her life (within 1 hr of death) gave me the strength to fight harder and not give up.
