Yes I put the bag above it for size reference once on the ground. Pro pack normally but don't roll as tightly only do a couple light rolls lay it on the ground get air out flatten the top and bottom skins toward the bag then fold the corners toward you about 3 to 4 inches wider than the bag. Then s fold like any other pack job and stuff in the bag if I get around to it I'll try and make a video tonight as there really aren't any

yup. I found that smoothing the top skin before folding helps a lot. I usually start bottom center the work it towards the corners bottom then top. It makes for a super neat pack job. the pics didn't turn out as clean as it usually is as I had to keep letting go of the canopy to snap pictures.

So it's a lot harder to snap pics while packing than I thought but this should give you an idea. you got any specific questions let me know.

No more caps please. I started using the womari method for the past 10 jumps or so. I can't believe I haven't been doing it for years. I can't speak to the usefulness of preventing line overs or not. Never had one either way, but it definitely makes for a nicer pack job. The only real difference in packing is minimal roll before laying on the floor and tucking the tips of the triangle formed forward instead of under the parachute. ill post some pics in a few minutes

So pardon my ignorance what are the rings for I have slinks on my current rig with no rings in it. There was nothing in slinks instructions about rings Thanks

I have some risers that came with an old javelin container I picked up. There are steel rings tacked in the top of both one riser and the rear of the other. Any idea what they are for and if not needed can I snip the tack and take them out?

I would guess it would depend on the parachute you are decreasing angle of attack on the left front but also increasing speed and lift which would pull the left side of the parachute up and roll to the right. So duration of hold, parachute type, passenger weight etc would all play a rol Il I guess the same would be true for my question.
-
My thought process as to why I have not done it is that it would to me make the canopy very unstable left front riser input would increase the left canopy speed and lift while right rear brake would slow the right side of the canopy and tip it back. lines front right and rear left if I'm thinking correctly would lose tension compared to the opposite lines, which is why I was wondering about the tension knot. couldn't this spin a canopy into line twists? or am I not thinking about this correctly?

I figure I'd ask before trying. Much easier to ask on the ground and have sometime tell me that is a stupid idea don't do it vs doing it cutting away and thinking to myself under my reserve "that was a stupid idea" I wish I didn't do that.
-
I'm sure I will get flamed for this question but I've always been curious. What happens when you pull right brake line and left front riser? I was curious about loosening pressure on line sets to release tension knots etc.

So I start dating this new girl. like her a lot everything is going well. We go out to the bar with my roommates who have specific instructions to not act like they usually do... long story short we end up at the house (me and the girl) pettting on sofa, when the bastards come home screaming at each other. then the little fuckers start fighting in front of us, fists and all. she ends up leaving (as if I would expect anything else)... I drug one of them in his room by his neck, the other followed, with instructions that if I saw either one of them out of there room for the rest of the night I was kicking both of there ass's THE FUCK, CANT I HAVE ONE NICE NIGHT WITH A WOMAN!!!!!! FUCK

the longer you do it the less you care when people die. you realize death happens and sometimes there is nothing you can do. kinda sick but even the dead kids dont really bother me much anymore... "save the ones you can let God take the rest" P.S. Being a medic will scar your soul. -
could always be worse
