You must remember the experience I had with my son when he was a baby. I didn't know your son when he was a baby. I posted on here before about that experience. I put Neosporin on him and he swelled up so big [not in a good way] that I had to take him to the doctor. It was an allergic reaction... What's the difference between this and a regular German Chocolate Cake... (I've made a regular one before... but never an upside down one... ) Quote Upside Down German Chocolate Cake 1 cup Coconut 1½ cups chopped Pecans 1 German Chocolate Cake Mix 1 stick Butter, melted 1 lb. 10X Sugar 1 (8 oz.) package Cream Cheese, softened Mix coconut and pecans Sprinkle onto the bottom of greased 9 x 13” sheet pan Mix cake mix according to box directions Pour mix on top of coconut and pecans Blend cream cheese, sugar and melted butter with a pastry blender Teaspoon mixture over the top of the cake mix evenly Bake at 300 degrees for one hour Test with a toothpick for doneness What do you call a beautiful, sunny day that comes after two cloudy, rainy ones? -- Monday.

I hired a company to hold an auction of my Mom’s personal property last Saturday. It was in a small “poor” former mill town in North Carolina. I didn’t expect to get much from it. Apparently, some silver certificates went for $10 each. It’s a wonder they weren’t thrown out. I didn't even know that they were there. My Dad had a German helmet from WWII. It went for $200!!! I wonder what these things would have brought on eBay? I wonder if I have any hidden treasures in my house for my children to find after I’m gone???
