When I was 180 feet from the ground the left side of my canopy collapsed. Woo doggies, now that'll make your 'A' hole draw up. Fortunately, it reinflated, and I was able to land safely. I never realized that a canopy could do that. I asked several people what the best way to handle that situation would be. The consensus was that going to half brakes would be the best way to reinflate the canopy. This surprised me because I was taught to fly in full flight through turbulence when I was a student. I would suggest looking at Cingular (AT&T) I've heard good things about them too... Quote My first carrier was Sprint, and I did not have coverage at the DZ. Green Bean Stir-Fry 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce 2 Garlic Cloves, minced 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds, toasted 1 teaspoon Brown Sugar 1 teaspoon Peanut Butter ¾ pound fresh Green Beans, trimmed 4-½ teaspoons Olive Oil In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, garlic, sesame seeds, brown sugar and peanut butter, set aside. In a large skillet, stir-fry the green beans in oil until crisp-tender. Remove from the heat. Add the sauce mixture, stir to coat. Oriental Cole Slaw 6 Green Onions, sliced 1 head Cabbage (chopped fine) or 2 large bags Cole Slaw Mix 2 packages Top Ramen Noodles (crushed fine) – omit seasoning mix ½ cup Slivered Almonds (brown under the broiler or a minute or two) ½ cup Sesame Seeds (brown with almonds) Dressing: 4 tablespoons Sugar 2 teaspoons Salt ¾ cup Canola Oil 1 teaspoon Ground Pepper 6 tablespoons Rice Vinegar (green label) Mix dressing and add to other ingredients just before serving. You can easily cut this recipe in half and also you can mix the dressing earlier in the day and refrigerate until ready to use.
