No one complained about the Heinekin that I brought to "The Farm." In fact, I can't remember anyone ever complaining about the beer that I've brought to a new DZ. But I do try to find out their favorites first. And I did buy twice as much of my favorite Corona... with double limes... Not this weekend. I'm off to jump with Eliana Rodriquez to try for the SC Women's Bigway record. They had to scrape the bottom of the barrel to fill all of the slots. I barely qualify. But, I'm coming to the Pelthead Boogie in July to see all of those Cabana Boys and to watch you wrestle in chocolate pudding! Which beer should I bring to Chambersburg? I'm heading to a new DZ this weekend so I had to decide which beer to bring. I'm surprised at the preferences of beer at the different DZs that I have visited. I've actually been to a DZ where they requested "lite" beer. My DZ would chase you away with a stick if you brought that stuff to us. I e-mailed the general manager of the DZ and asked him what his favorite is. He must be very busy, because I didn't get a reply today. I stood and scratched my head in the beer isle this evening trying to decide which brands to get. I ended up with Shiner Bock (I heard Texans like that), Red Stripe (a Jamaican lager that is the beer of choice of the flock at Z-hills) and Corona (my favorite). Which brand do you bring when you owe beer? How do you decide? What do you call a beautiful, sunny day that comes after two cloudy, rainy ones? -- Monday.

As I said, it seems your emotional reaction is disproportionate to the offense. Quote That sounds just like what my son would have said of my reaction... if he dared... I'm soooooo glad that my boys are all grown up, and I don't have to deal with their shenanigans any more. It's certainly a helpless feeling when they are asserting their independence. You're doin' a good job, Mama. It gets easier once they are grown and off on their own. It's amazing how they learn to appreciate you then. I'll be praying for your endurance until that day arrives.

I'm sorry if you misunderstood my post. I was sincerely admiring the pictures. I've made hundreds of wedding cakes, but have never mastered the gum paste flower technique. It is truly a spectacular cake. And I've done some faux finishing on walls too. I've made columns look like brickwork, kitchen walls look like ceramic tile and living room walls look like wallpaper... all with paint. The wall behind your cake table reminded me of some of those projects that I did. You picked a beautiful location. Congratulations on such a successful wedding. I'm very happy for you.

Are you working in a restaurant? ***Nope. I don't think my grocery store carries ghee, smoked salt, fennugreek, fresh curry leaves, garam masala, tamarind, dal, chile raita, jaggery, or papadums... since I've never heard of those things before!
