    You'll make a lot more money by pricing everything cheap. You don't make any money by keeping everything. At some point, put out a big sign that says everything half off. Then, at some point, put out a sign that says everything is free. When they ask what is the catch, you tell them they have to take at least 2 things. I used this approach on my last garage sale. Made more money than ever before, plus what was left over would fit in both my hands. Of course, this was a neighborhood wide garage sale, so the traffic was huge.

    No, it requires a computer. I've had good luck with basic Mandarin with the Pimsleur CDs in my car.

    Would you expand on your criticisms? I haven't had a chance to read the NDU Occasional Paper yet, so am interested in what you see as problematic in Collins' analysis? Is it just recycyling of other documents and findings or something else? Thanks. VR/Marg Or do you just reject the source, outright??
