Its not much more than life expectancy. The US has the most expensive system for outcomes. But generally speaking life expectancy factors more variables than any other. If in fact some portion of the population is uninsured whatsoever. Life expectancy would be dragged down more so than states with universal, free care. As such the US would be operating under a greater handicap with poor uninsured people than anyone in the EU. Which has universal care.
