Yea I could see just placing the lines like he shows under the canopy. I was thinking he was going to have 2 seperate pockets seperate from the main pack tray that needed to be secured somehow. Postes r made from an iPad or iPhone. Spelling and gramhair mistakes guaranteed move along,

What will happen when one side of the "line pack trays" opens, or hesitates and does not play out line evenley? You might have a canopy that starts to inflate with one side of the susp. lines a foot or more shorter than the other side due to it being hung up. Do you think it will be better to close them with velcro, or tuck tabs to ensure a reliable even opening of both sides at the same time? Postes r made from an iPad or iPhone. Ok. I guess the site I am talking about has just gotten lucky and has not been busted so far after all these years of running the program and reporting it to the web hosters and the police. Postes r made from an iPad or iPhone. Spelling and gramhair mistakes guaranteed move along, -

I was told that it was legal. It not a DOS, it just uses up their bandwith a bunch. Like if you put their name all over a bunch of boards so people will look at it. How many times does this site, or a site like Fark make a link to another website, and a bunch of people go to check it out and end up using all the bandwith in one day. Does that make cross linking illegal? This is the same thing. There is no hacking. It is just the same as refreshing this page 100 times with your cache cleared so that it loads off of the site, and not off of your computer. Postes r made from an iPad or iPhone. For fake bank sites a group called http://aa419.org/mm/ Has a program that will repeatedly download info from the fake sites such as a graphic or a picture to use up the monthy bandwith. Once that happens the site is suspended until the next month's limit of bandwith is alloted. Users of the site download the program, when you run the program it checks for a current list of fake sites, and then startd using bandwith. There is even a stats button on the program to see how much you have burned off of the site. When we find fake skyride sites we just email the web address to the person in charge of the database. He adds them, and the program just checks for new ones at start up. They even have a webpage that you can just click on and it does the same thing so you do not have to download a program. Check that out HERE Anyone up to the task of writing something like this?? Postes r made from an iPad or iPhone. Spelling and gramhair mistakes guaranteed move along, -

Pitbull Attacks 6....Why cant people understand?
Anvilbrother replied to eeneR's topic in The Bonfire
I JUST returned from a medical call where one bit a lady on her Left hand, Right hand, and the back of her Right arm. On her left hand her pinky finger was missing from the knuckle. She had about 8 dogs that she "rescued" from the hurricanes living with her in a house trailer. The dogs got into a fight, and when she went to break them up the Pitbull turned on her and her husband, he got bit on the hand. Postes r made from an iPad or iPhone. Suggested opening direction for hop'n'pop(subterminal)?

Has anyone said that she might have been using a SOS type rig in the past, and just started to use a dual procedure rig. I could see where she or anyone for that matter who did not train enough for the type of gear that they are currently jumping to do such a thing. I.E. a jumper has just started using a dual procedure rig after having been on a SOS rig for most of their jumps, has a mal. and just goes for one handle. Postes r made from an iPad or iPhone. Suggested opening direction for hop'n'pop(subterminal)?
Anvilbrother replied to phoenixlpr's topic in Safety and Training
Does it matter which way you face the relative wind for a faster sub terminal opening? I.E. into the wind the canopy will open faster b/c the wind is rushing into the nose of the canopy. If you exit towards the tail a slower opening due to the wind blowing over the tail of the opening canopy. Postes r made from an iPad or iPhone. Yea my bad I watched it frame by frame, and in the first shot we get to see of the canopy the cells are open, and it is square. You cannot see the slider comming down, or not. Postes r made from an iPad or iPhone. Spelling and gramhair mistakes guaranteed move along,

I know you did it, b/c it is on video, but I just dont see how someone could not see that wad of material at the end of your risers while you were stowing you lines, putting your risers in the channels, and putting then bag in the container on top of the slider? Was all the damage confined to ripping the hard riser channels off the riser? Postes r made from an iPad or iPhone. Spelling and gramhair mistakes guaranteed move along,

Yes I did talk to her about the riser covers, and the reply was to put the main riser covers UNDER the flap that says put main risers here. This effectively places the main risers directly on the reserve risers. It has not given me problems since then, but seems like it is defeating the design of the rig to do that. The main is a spectre 230 the reserve is a smart 250 the rig size is a W27. My rig is packed by a packer with tens of thousands of pack jobs, and he cannot get it to pack so that the freefly handle is tight. Postes r made from an iPad or iPhone. I own a wings, hand have had a few issues with them. One is the excess steering line keepers suck, on mine the main riser covers come open when tracking hard, or head down. The freefly handle does not stay in place good enough. 2 people at the DZ have had the stitching of the pinstriping start to come off of rigs with less than 50 jumps on them.
