    Lineovers almost always require the hook knife. The WLO's work about 2/10 times. If you dont open above 200m with a malfunction you almost always pound in before you can fix it. Also if you choose 48'' pc, slider removed and go super terminal from the highest point you almost always get a malfunction and get the crap knocked out of you on opening too.     I agree the lateral or leg strap is what I have used. I have also heard that the chest straps might only be rated under 500 lbs. That and the fact that some people only have a few inches spare once you put it through the buckle, and if the fold over and sew done to it is not thick enough it could make it seem easy to flip back through if jostled enough?     It would depend on alot of things. The type, age, modifications, of a plane. The location, and weather of the dz, type of fuel, the load. I think I remember hearing something about 40 gallons for a twin otter on a hot day in the south, but I am most likley wrong.     My boss just gave me 5 desktop computers with pentium 3's in them b/c they are upgrading. Being a pack rat I could not pass up the chance, but now I have them I am sitting here thinking what now.     I was dispatched to a reported trailer fire, which ended up being a candle in the bathroom. We got all packed up ready to go and we see this gem sitting a few trailers down! It is a pop up camper that is attached to the master bedroom of a house trailer. There was a hole in the wall with a rubber seal around it.
