No, I had planned on ordering with the hip rings for $150 and then get the stainless hardware (articulated) for $200. I thought the "articulated" meant hip & chest rings. I miss under stood the order form. I wanted the chest & and hip rings but I now know I can only get the hip rings. This I will still get just in stainless. If I still sound unclear about the "Articulated" part please feel free to re-define its meaning for me. CSA #699 Muff #3804

how much time during the day do u spend on dropzone?
homer replied to outofit's topic in The Bonfire
Depends on my posting mood. Some days I'm on a while and others the forums bore me so I would have to say an average of about 3+ hours a week. CSA #699 Muff #3804 -
Thanks that just saved me a $150 over pay on my order i was about to sent out. CSA #699 Muff #3804

All this is of some concern to me as I plan on flying with my gear in April to Texas. I was planning on using Delta but may look at other airlines as well. I will probably email the airlines before ticket purchase to get a printed and signed all ok. CSA #699 Muff #3804

In Reply To -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Then what exactly is an articulated harness then? I thought it was hip and chest rings together. CSA #699 Muff #3804

The infinity already has the articulated harness in stainless or non stainless steel. As for the cut in back strap I believe in time most manufactures will start offering it or make it standard. CSA #699 Muff #3804

Thanks for all the great feed back everyone. I have had plans to get up to Kapowsin for a look at the factory and a jump or two but time and work have not allowed me to do so. I had considered the Centaurus, Odyssey and Infinity containers. I made my choice based on performance and ease of service. The Centaurus is a great but not so well known container that is well built and just as sturdy as the Infinity. It is freefly as well as CReW safe. If one is going for looks and comfort the Odyssey is a great container but a bit pricey for my tastes. The infinity is an all around well-built container. It’s not as flashy as other containers but who is really more concerned about looks than comfort and performance. When it comes to CReW the Infinity is a snag proof rig, which is a must to prevent hook up and entanglements. CSA #699 Muff #3804

I know thats why I have chosen it over another Javelin. The price is good and they are made only 3 hours from where I live. CSA #699 Muff #3804

Hi all I'm looking into getting an infinity container and before I place my order I was hopping to get some of your comments on the it. Good or bad its all useful information. I have already read every review I could find so far and I'm hopping you all can give me a few more. My intentions are RW, Freefly and CReW. CSA #699 Muff #3804

I'm not new to the sport of skydiving, however I am when it comes to BASE. It's my understanding there is a BASE school in Idaho that provides BASE training as well as a couple of jumps. If this is true can someone give me a bit more info on it or at least point me in the right direction. CSA #699 Muff #3804

1- Jump #54 (first jump on my new equipment) collapsed pilot chute in tow due to it being installed wrong. I now have 113 squares and 24 rounds = 1 in 137 jumps and counting. CSA #699 Muff #3804

That I do like nice one As for the morms one of my great skydiving buddies is one and sunday is his family/ church day. What makes him so great is he doesn't preach to me about going to HELL for being a Roman Catholic. He is an old swearning horny woman chasing divorced SOB. Doesn't drink alcohol but does DEW THE DEW Edit- I could never belong to the morms because I just don't believe in a religion requiring you to give 10% of your income as well as account information to belong. Think of how much extra beer and jumps I could make with my extra $4k a year they would take from me. CSA #699 Muff #3804

I used to have neighbors that I would play with (except Saturdays) when I was a kid that were JW. I used to love to go Trick-r- treating at there house just to hear them say "sorry we don't believe in Halloween." Eventually they just posted a sign on the door. A good one that worked for me on an old friend from school who came to the door to preach was hand them a bible and say, "I will read yours if you read mine." I could never be part of a religion that wouldn't allow me to celebrate my birthday or any other holiday at that. CSA #699 Muff #3804

Q- why does an 8 foot woman need to wear 4 inch platform heels? Just an observation. CSA #699 Muff #3804

Carrie, I do believe this calls for a FANDANGO. I hope to be in your shoes in 8 or so years when I get my Doctorate of Herpetology. CSA #699 Muff #3804

***The canopy looked fine but was turning me slowly to the right.*** it could have been caused by the tention knot already mentioned or your left leg strap was a little looser than your right. This would have put more pressure on your right ride causing the turn. Try it sometime shift your weight in the saddle to one side, It should cause the canopy to slowly turn in that direction. I use one that works all except my 54th jump when I had my new collapsable put on and it didn't. It collapsed causing a pilate chute in tow thanks to my rigger hooking it up wrong (DUMB ASS). Atleast the reserve he repacked 3 days prior worked. CSA #699 Muff #3804

You could always have a friend try to run her down as she crosses the street and then magically appear to pull her to safety. When she thanks you for saving her you then ask her if you can buy her lunch/ dinner. CSA #699 Muff #3804
