I was thinking about spending 3K for an IRA I just opened and about 4K on a new complete rig. The rest of my account money was going to my trip to Texas and for booze to who ever will drive me around and give me a couch to sleep on. I can always invest the 3K some other time. Thanks for the bit of info. I did know that manual said wait about a minute before placing the new batteries. The wait 15 minutes after replacement before turning it on is new to me. Will having the pro-track set on SAS vs. TAS effect the battery life any? I have mine set on SAS. CSA #699 Muff #3804

I'm beginner as I said before but, is the rotational stuff you mentioned just the upper jumper dropping to the lower position and just rotating back and forth from top to bottom? Is that what the sequential trim is for? I haven't really asked to many questions to the CReW dogs at my home DZ. Because, it is a small DZ and it is the two of them all they do is this rotational stuff. Top to bottom, center and wing docks. They are both very good and if I'm not mistaken each hold 2 world records. One just returned from the WW at Lake Whales. CSA #699 Muff #3804

I jump as much as I can. and if I cant jump I read all my parachutist , skydiving mags again. Now I'm reading the 2003 SIMS. I'm looking to go to Drill sergeants school here in the next year and after my 2 years are over I want to go back active again. My unltimate goal is to be a Golden Night. I figure by that time I should have over 500 jumps. Although all you need is 125 jumps to try out for the Nights last that I knew. CSA #699 Muff #3804

I did an entire bottle of the coolaid stuff. I think it was the KiWi strawberry. Anyway it was good for the first 3/4 of the bottle then I had to force the rest down. I'd do it again it it was all I had. CSA #699 Muff #3804

It's my understanding that they have to reconfigure all the machines at the factory just for this canopy of all CReW canopies? I'm not sure. So thats why they will only wait till they have a large enough order before making them. CSA #699 Muff #3804

I'm not sure about CReW canopies but I have an Order to demo a Sabre2 170 and if I'm not mistaken they said it was the canopy and risers only I had to provide the D-bag and pilot chute. Go to PD's web site and select demo they will contact you concerning the request. CSA #699 Muff #3804

Hi all I'm new to the CReW think and had a couple of quick questions. I have only 122 jumps at the moment and wasn't really looking to get into CReW until I had at least 200 jumps. At the moment I have only I canopy doc and it was sweeeeet! My question is I'm interested in getting a Lightning canopy and have a hell of a time trying to find a used Lightning 143. Its my understanding PD will not make them one canopy at a time but will only do it when they have received enough orders for them. SO should I place an order for one now in anticipation of possibly getting it for next summer or should I just wait until I'm ready to become a CReW DOG. I know for a Fact from my DZO he has had an order in for one for over a year now and has no idea when he will get the canopy. CSA #699 Muff #3804

I have a question for you all. I have a Pro-Track as well and last week when I went to change the batteries I noticed that the back cover as well as the battery cover have cracked. I jump with a Z1 and after every jump I put the Pro-Track back into its box. I haven't dropped it at all so that couldn't have caused it to start cracking. I have had it about a year and only logged just over 80 jumps on it. Would L&B replace it or do you all think I would have to pay for the repairs or a new one? CSA #699 Muff #3804

Yea what's left of them. The native americans are harvesting the hell out of the runs. They have talked about breaching 3 of the dams on the snake river to try and help the fish populations. One of the dams is only 10 miles from where I live. CSA #699 Muff #3804
