I wonder If this only applies to women... Of course I'm sure some moron will read that article and try putting his balls in the EA Sports Active thingy for your arms and attempt arousal that way.

Japanese Whale Catch down by half - Good Job Sea Sheperds
regulator replied to funjumper101's topic in Speakers Corner
Can anyone that has actually seen the show 'whale wars' make a comment about how they drastically decreased whale deaths by japanese whale fishing vessels? I have watched over 25 episodes of the show and the last time I watched it the sea shepard and its crew were getting their asses handed to them by the japanese whaling fleet. Their high powered water cannons and LRAD systems were holding off the Sea Shepard and after they watched several whales get slaughtered in front of them, they got pissed off and actually rammed the nisshin maru. Has anyone seen the show and knows what the sea shepard crew has done to reduce whaling operations by the Japanese 'research' vessels by 50% Bueller? Bueller? -
Just run Fdisk and create one logical partition and then format your hard drive. Delete the current partitions first...although there's probably one partition dedicated to some sort of system drivers that you probably cant delete but that shouldn't have much of an impact regarding the physical size of your hard drive.

Is it just me or does it look like his canopy is rather large for a base canopy? -

Yeah that's right...besides I'm a nice hooligan...the worst I would do to it would be to pull my balls out and hang them over the window and get my picture taken...other hooligans would rag it out and wreck it...unlike the 'other' hooligans I have some respect for the older fuckers out there.

How far do you live from Intercontinental Airport? Tell you what... I can SURELY go pick you up and take you to the airport and you can leave the beamer with me to make sure no hooligans mess with it

They have murders in canada? since when? -
Get a digital volt meter and check the terminals to eliminate the battery. But if the interior lights and dash lights illuminate its not your battery.

Japanese Whale Catch down by half - Good Job Sea Sheperds
regulator replied to funjumper101's topic in Speakers Corner
so has anyone watched the new season of whale wars and found out what they are doing differently to make such a sharp decrease in whaling? Last time I watched they were slaughtering whales right in front of Paul Watson...that's when he got pissed and rammed the Sea Shepard into the Nisshin Maru. -

So what exactly has transgressed since the last time I watched 'Whale Wars'? I last caught an episode during the summer of last year. To be quite honest the Sea Shepards weren't doing much of squat to the Japanese boats because of all of the high pressure water hoses and the LRAD's used by the Japanese boats. They would attempt to conduct operations by using inflatable boats with high(ish) outboard engines and get blasted as soon as they got a hundred feet away from the Nisshin Maru. Last time I checked they couldn't even deploy the prop foul line and get it to work. So what have they done recently to reduce the whale deaths via japanese 'research' vessels? -
The antenna doesn't necessarily have to be broken in order for it to attenuate its signal. I worked in telecom for 15 years and I've been to the top of many a cell tower and seen small cracks in cabling that allowed moisture in and affected signal coverage. If you have a digital volt meter I would suggest checking the wiring outputs to see if they are sending the proper voltage from the receiver as well.

But I think the Sheriff was right by saying the obvious. Arm yourselves. I wonder if any NRA memberships went up since this incident came about. -

Wholly crap I can't believe I'm agreeing with Amazon. But lets face it. I lived in North Dallas for 10 years. The Addison police department has approximately 15-20 members on their force...(its a small town right in north dallas) every two years they are buying brand new rides for everyone in their departments. When I left they were all issued new tahoe's and when I came back three years later,I saw a few addison police driving damn escalades. They should all get a base line model with enough power to be in pursuits but not enough to drain their budgets. My father has been in law enforcement since the 1950's in Houston. He was stabbed in the back while serving an arrest warrant in the 3rd ward in 1954. As far as tickets go...if you drive on 288 (runs parallel to spaceland) at the end of the month, you can see DPS lining up on both sides of the road trying to get their quota. The last time I counted a few weeks ago I saw 11 DPS cops on a stretch of road that is 35 miles long. -
I agree with the above poster regarding the antenna. I have a homelink system in my car. I programmed the car with the signal from my remote and I found that my signal increased by about 15-20 feet when I started using homelink.

A while back I had came into lowes around 1 PM in the afternoon to purchase several pieces or lumber I was going to need to replace our front porch. It was several hundred dollars worth of lumber. So I told the person I was checking out with that I plan on being back at 5 pm and please have my lumber together and I'll pick it up at 5. I show up at 5 and there's no one in the lumber department. I had to walk around the store for 10 minutes just to find someone that could check on my order. No one had worked on my order and I was now going to have to go find all the lumber I had already paid for and take it out to my wife's truck. Whatever. I was just wanting to get out of there so I could go back to my house and put the wood in my garage for the next morning. So I go get all the lumber by myself...put it on a cart and 25 minutes later I am ready to show my receipt at the door and load it up in our truck and leave. So once again I had to go find someone to check me out. And this older 50 ish woman comes over finally and starts checking me out. I figured no problem...usually 50 year old women are usually nice..not this bitch... So for at least 7-8 minutes she sits there and fiddle fucks around with the register and cant figure out how to get my purchase I had already paid for. So around 10 minutes later...me ...still being patient...she starts ringing me up. Finally finds my order and we get down to 4 pieces of trim that are 10 feet long. Well appearantly the one on my original order is a number or two off of what I got the second time and even though its the EXACT same size, width AND price...she has the audacity to say to the guys who are loading this lumber on my truck...fellas dont put another piece on that truck until he pays for these last pieces. This is where I snap. I said wait a minute...I paid for the order 4 hours ago...I waited here while your incompetant ass couldnt figure out how to work the fucking cash register and didnt say anything...and now you want to bust my balls because YOUR people didnt get this order together 4 hours ago, and I had to do it myself...and now there are 4 pieces of trim that are the same size, price and color as whats on the receipt...well sir we need to do this for inventory purposes...and we have to know whats leaving the store................. me moving in two inches or her face..... I'm going to go out to my truck and get my wife..... I DARE you to pop off one more time to me like that again. me going out to get my wife out of the truck..... wife: whats taking so long? me: (yelling) you need to come out here before I knock this bitch the fuck out!! My wife comes over and the lady totally changes her tune for her and a few minutes later we get checked out and leave almost an hour after we got there...

Optima II Audible Skydiving Altimeter Resolution?
regulator replied to shah269's topic in General Skydiving Discussions
I have an original Optima, and the lowest you can set a canopy alarm is 300 ft. But that could be lowered with the newer Optima II. I haven't jumped the newer version yet. -
