Heh. I was already plotting to bring my BASE rig out and jump one of them, but I think Kevin beat me to the punch and the answer he got was a definitive "NO!". Speaking of which, hey Kevin, when are you getting into town? Ramon & I can't make pre-registration tonight but we'll be out tomorrow. It's always cool to meet dz.commers "for real".

I have an eTrex Vista. Best dang gadget purchase I've made in years. The Vista is the most expensive one they sell (I think)... mainly because it has gobs of memory to load specialized maps. I haven't used the compass for much more than "which direction am I facing?" type things. The map is obviously much more useful. But I suppose if you needed to navigate to something and for whatever reason it wasn't on the GPS map but was on a paper map, the compass would come in handy. - Z "Always be yourself... unless you suck." - Joss Whedon

Abso-fscking-lutely. The Holiday Inn is just down the road from the bridge and is more or less Bridge Day Headquarters. Levin, Brit & I stayed at another motel last year but spent 99% of our time at the Holiday Inn. They have a really nice bar/nightclub off the lobby that is hopping pretty much 24/7.
