Soccer newb here... I've got a question about "stoppage" time. Who determines how much time is added at the end of the halves, and how do they do it? I mean, I get that some of it is to cover for injuries, but does it also cover other stoppages too like fouls, out of bounds, etc.? Just from watching the games, it seems fairly arbitrary how much is added and then when exactly the ref actually ends the half/game. Ohne Liebe sind wir nichts
