SkyDekker replied to sistaluv's topic in Introductions and Greets
Welcome fellow canuck.... hey do you know the Bragagnolo's in Timmins? -
I think that in the end the cost to reach an objective, like self supervised, is teh same wheather you go the SL or AFF route, you just get more jumps under SL for that money.

I certainly love my Infinity, can't wait to see your pictures.

I mean something where I can hide it from users running windows 98 on their terminals

can anybody tell me how to disable the little icon that runs in the systray? I know nobody wants to get caught in the rankins, but remember it is for the public good

Actually in all fairness Bill, the Canadians should be in a different class. Our government openly says we do not support the war, yet we have soldiers actually on the ground in Irag and ships in the Gulf and soldiers relieving americans in Afghanistan so they can go to Iraq, yet publicly we are against the war. Guess we are the "coalition-against-war-willing-to-support-it-through-the-back-ally"

I find that in many of these discussion the story goes something like this: At first it was not a problem, but then we grew apart. I think that when the difference in age is around 8 years or more there will invariably be age related problems. You just end up in different stages in your life. Off course there will always be the exception.... just my 2 cents

She also developed and built the concept of the terminal leading straight into the train station and all the stores in that area as well. That grocery store is one of the best producing stores around......
-
Thanks, I'll let my aunt know, she'll appreciate the comment since she developed and built the concept at Schiphol.

that was a great read on a Monday morning, sorry to be laughing at your expense, but it is very funny
-
Hey Dayle, I had heard some rumours that you had a slammer down south. Did you get my email? Look forward to see you at the dz and you can tell me the story over a beer..... Hope they gave you some good meds

If you are in for something more serious...try and make it to the Anne Frank house, certainly made a huge impression on me. If you ain't Dutch, you ain't much....

I just installed it at home where I am running XP home and installed the regular recommended version. It is running, but funny enough, when I open it, it shows the folding, it shows the ads, but it doesn't show any of the writing on the left..... Have it running on three computers now, should be on the board at some point

I'm honestly curious about why we're at war?
SkyDekker replied to JayhawkJumper's topic in The Bonfire
Its a shame that a good discussion seemingly always has te be followed by a line regarding right or wrong -
I ahve never seen those videos, but would probably just laugh through them all, can not imagine John Cleese saying something serious and instructional on a video My Dad works in the Hospitality business and he actually used Faulty Towers videos for training.......

Very well said, as was the rest of your post.

[pet peeve mode] If something is posted, hence written, it would be libel. If something is spoken it would be slander. Easy way to remember: "l" in libel and letter. "s" In slander and "s"poken word. Naturally, when the written or spoken word is an established fact it can be neither slander nor libel [/pet peeve mode] Please continue.....btw I think Chris is filling a great void when it comes to the aviation part of skydiving.

Well after more than 12 hours I am 14% (57/400), so it will take some time before I am on that list. But I think I will install it at home as well, speed things up a bit.

That is the funniest friggin' thing I have read in a long time. I hate to laugh, since I feel for the guy, but it is very very funny. I have added it to my favourites, wouldn't want to miss an update

John Cleese is one of the funniest men alive......

I am so sorry for your loss and truly feel for you. Saying good bye o a friend is always hard, saying good bye to a friend who has always offered unconditional love is almost impossible....

congrats Luke
