  1. So you would be in favour of paying more taxes to drug test welfare recipients? (unless you think this would be a cost neutral endeavour?)
  2. And then what? Now you have taken on costs normally born by the private sector. How exactly are you saving the public sector any money?
  3. Your first posting on this thread was a one liner. I know you put it on two lines, but it really is only one sentence.
  4. The first four links are: conservativesforamerica.com sistertoldjah.com foxnews.com modelmayhem.com I rest my case.
  5. It would be, takes quite some time to decipher some of them. End result is generally the same though.
  6. How true, she even pierced her tongue
  7. Pretty sure she isn't married to Trump. Plus she is pregnant now.
  8. Sorry, not sure if the fuckability of a politician's wife rates very high on my list of required qualities. Can this one at least speak English though?
  9. You mean it was all just to increase the ratings for his reality show...whoda thunk it....
  10. Lol, there is no way in hell there would be any long term savings.
  11. Excellent idea, and since people on welfare need jobs, they could be the ones staffing this new department.... it is all starting to make sense now...
  12. You would think those gopher's with towels around their heads would have a hard time fitting down their holes.....
  13. I'm still not sure what drug testing a welfare recipient is going to accomplish. Do people think there is going to be some kind of savings? To me it sounds like one of those soundbites people like to throw around without actually thinking too much about it.
  14. More interested in the pseudo scientist who predicted a major earthquake for Rome today. It shut down a fair bit of Rome. Turns out he was off by a bit, since it happened across the pond in Spain. He was also somewhat correct (by 2 days) on a prediction of an earthquake in 1923. it is considered impossible to scientifically predict the occurance of an earthquake. Raffaele Bendandi dies in 1973. (Rome did have a fair bit of seismic activity today, which is unusual for Rome)
  15. I like how people in that riding had no clue who they were voting for. had never seen her, didn't know she didn't speak french. Didn't know she will accomplish absolutely nothing for them. Guess as long as they get to keep their welfare cheques and cigarettes the Quebecer will be happy. It is good to finally have a government which is not driven by one province, specially when that one province is Quebec. Since the NDP has absolutely no hope whatsoever to deliver on any of their major platform promises, the party will self destruct in 4 years.
  16. Thank you Wendy for the voice of reason. I agree. (and I certainly do not favour unions.)
  17. After he moved to Indonesia from Kenya. You really should try and keep up with the news....
  18. Not at all, the natural state of man is in a La-Z-Boy, watching a sport of choice while getting a BJ.
  19. Tax?? Increase Tax?? New Tax?? Why do any of that when you can borrow?
  20. Well, the advantage is clearly so Obama can do a victory lap. In the old days it would have been leaked ot a trusted journalist and then would have been "neither denied nor confirmed". The advantage of keeping it silent would be that the UN would not call for an investigation by the International Criminal Court. It would not show insight into how US special forces run operations or what equipment they may use. It could lead to further intel based on the reactions of parties involved. Obviously, it could be that the plan was to keep this quiet, at least until the helicopter mishap. Which may account for some of the hasty and faulty information.
  21. Never mind the absolute record profits being made by oil companies, while the price is being kept artificially high.
  22. There is a much easier way to accomplish this, increase the tax on gas.
