    You summed it up pretty succintly there. Yes you stated pretty adamantly that physical control came after OC spray. Maybe the use of restraints and carrying people away would be a better course of action? Right, so you would use it in situations where the potential for such is present. Was that the case here, or was this more a text book case of passive resistence? Te fact that you are comparing a bunch of students sitting on a sidewalk with linked arms to riots explains your mindset.

    I just went from a Blackberry to an iPhone about 2 weeks ago. If you use the phone mostly for phone calls and messaging, the blackberry is a better device. All messages integrated into one list, combined with the ability to alter notification settings for each is far superior to the iPhone. I also miss the easy of changing notification scenarios on the blackberry, as well as the ability to change it based on time etc. For the remainder, the iPhone is a far superior gadget. If all you do is text, email and use the phone, go with the blackberry. If you want more go with the iPhone or an Android phone. Just be aware that the battery life on the iPhone 4S is not very good. Though I hear the same is thecase for many Android phones.

    Since you made the claim that pretty much every police organization uses that continuum, you should be doing the proving. Or you would just be repeating shit you heard. Both our NUFF and our old and new IM/IM have physical control before the use of OC. Furthermore, most jurisdiction have policies that restrict the use of OC to incidents of violence or threat. Quite simply, in Canada this would likely not have played out this way.

In that case you should be applauding him. If he is a member of that group, he feels the government has gone off its rails and is involved in illegal dealings. They feel that the government has come close to a tyrannical government. This is exactly what the 2nd amendment was designed for. Why are you against the 2nd Amendment?
