    The right hasn't been taken away yet in my scenario. It has been delayed. There is nothing in the constitution that says there cannot be a waiting period. The same is the case here. A temporary ban until the case has been decided.

    No it doesn't. Let's say I keep screaming that I am going to do something against the law, say I keep telling you that I am going to kill you. After loudly proclaiming for a year that I am going to kill you. Then one day I say, just kidding, I am not going to kill you, I am just going to maim you. Let me just go buy this gun. Do you think a judge should temporarily ban me from owning a gun, until the situation can be looked into further?

    You would likely believe that only until you found out you needed bypass surgery. At that point, paying $5000 instead of $350,000 might seem like a good deal. It also reduces government or hospital exposure to $5,000 instead of $350,000. Theoretically this means costs should go down...

    73% turnout just before closing. That is a pretty engaged society. Edited to add: looks like it will be around 82% The dutch conservative party VVD will be the largest party, but they did lose seats. Extreme Right party PVV did gain seats, while the left wing party PVDA lost 29 seats to an historic low of 9 seats. Muslim party went from 0 seats to 3 seats. Biggest gain was by the Green party. All this based on exit polling, official results are not yet available.

    (emphasis mine), but it is really easy to skip that plural and interpret it to say Jared Kushner himself is the benefactor of that transaction. Just because he comes from a prominent family does not mean he benefits from the deal. However, the situation should lead to a look at how his role in the administration benefits the company. Like the president saying he will have no discussions with his kids that might impact the Trump corporation, I wonder how much contact he regularly has with the family members who run the company. It does bear looking into. Sure, it works in real life like that lol. I am sure he wouldn't look favourably at an entity that is making his family members $100's of millions. This move is one of the oldest ones in the book.

    Stick to college level teaching. You obviously know very little about the tax code and how business taxes operate. This is one of the reasons he is resisting. A bunch of half-baked accountant wannabes trying to understand his tax filings. It would take an office of accountants months to figure out his 2005 return. You guys already have it? Please... Yet everybody on the right is a scientist.... Tax returns are too difficult to understand for the common people. Science is so easy, I can easily see how those people with PhDs have no clue what they are talking about. Republican logic at its finest. Personally I think Trump/Bannon leaked this 2 pager themselves.

    ^^^^^ Aren't budgets and spending mostly public in the US? Not sure how you can't already see where your tax dollars are going and what they are getting spent on that would get somehow magically highlighted in a one-pager? Or did you want a 600 page monthly tax bill?
