  1. and nobody buys government bonds without getting it paid back either....what is your point? Levered investing has a place in government. As a Republican you should know, because throughout recent history Republicans do so much more of it than Democrats. If you want measured and restraint deficits, history should have taught you to vote Democrat. 10 year net debt approved: Trump: $8.4 trillion Biden: $4.3 trillion It isn't even really close... Are you really concerned about debt and deficit spending?
  2. Any idea how much money is required to get to shovel ready for large scale infrastructure projects?
  3. He doesn't care about service members, soldiers or anything like that. Everything is based on how he can profit from it, or gain a political advantage. That is all he cares about. The man has zero human decency. Also why all these attempted equivalencies are so incredibly stupid.
  4. The dick is on the inside? I know that joke more with BMW and porcupine and prick being the punchline.
  5. You are in (on?) one, so little surprised you have to ask me.
  6. The Republican VP is now on record as supporting a ban on pregnant women travelling to states they may be able to get an abortion in. Now a few of the Republican voters here would fully support that, but for many more sane people, this will likely give some pause. This isn't some faraway potential, this is a VP Candidate saying this just a few years ago.
  7. Unlike people who support candidates that call for travel bans on pregnant women.
  8. There was never a "fair" argument. The argument was always: Hey us southern states have more black people and without the Electoral College we cannot win any election. The fair solution was always treating black people as humans.
  9. Yes!! Deregulation was indeed the major issue. Also why Canada didn't have the issues, cause we have government regulations. Guess which candidate wants to get rid of as many regulations as possible?
  10. Uhmmm, NO. I have approx. $2B real estate assets under management. My loan to value for the entire portfolio is 63%. Equates to about $12.6M in mortgage debt. Only about 5% of that debt is through an amortizing loan, so about $12M is interest only.
  11. A more well rounded understanding, with a lower perception of being a bit of a biased hack.
  12. Yup, that was a good bill, even if misused by many. But the cost was less than a trillion and the benefit immense. That's not a money party. The TCJA is a money party for the rich and cost tax payers close to $5 trillion. You are so concerned about wealth transfers, but that is exactly what your boys' TCJA is. Specially since 3 years later the economy cratered, 12 million jobs were lost and the government actually had to step in. Amazing how you support $5 trillion cost to help millionaires and billionaires make a few more dollars, but oppose spending less when the country actually needed help.
  13. Look around your country...If you think it is without assets, I guess you have been pissing too much.
  14. Depends. If you bought $10 trillion worth of assets with that debt, you would be doing pretty good. Only looking at one side is pretty dumb. Actually it is very dumb.
  15. But she doesn't rape women, so hard to support her for Republicans.
  16. TCJA: The House passed the bill on November 16, 2017, on a mostly-party line vote of 227–205. No Democrat voted for the bill, while 13 Republicans voted against it. This is Brent's understanding of bi-partisan. I guess Americans are good at pissing, but thinking doesn't appear to be high on the list
  17. A lot more? Canada spent 18.9% of GDP on stimulus spending USA spent 19.6% of GDP on stimulus spending Now, I know you struggle with percentages, but that difference isn't normally qualified as "a lot more."
  18. I don't get commissions. I get a share f the profit above a hurdle rate.
  19. From the way he posts here I can only deduce he struggles with women in positions of power.
  20. This a quote from the non-racist republican candidate for VP: “Has anybody seen the movie Gangs of New York? That’s what I’m talking about. You know that when you have these massive ethnic enclaves in our country, it can lead to higher crime rates.”
