I work in hotels and our housekeeping department is Spanish. They are all legal and half of them don't speak English. Things like this are typical and this is a great thing that PD is doing for them. Go PD!

I have packed professionally at DZ's. A packers job is to get you on the airplane. You should set your own brakes and make sure your lines are clean before giving it to a packer. If something mal's the packer might or might not be at fault. Either way they will not pay for the reserve repack. I have only heard of one packer guaranteeing his packs and I think that was at Lake Wales. I am not sure if he still does it though.

To quote Sebazz... This weekend I promise to spread love and good vibes to everyone at the DZ old timers and newbies alike and to hold my farts* until I am in freefall. (*am i contributing to pollution?), to touch my handles religously, recieve gear checks before every load, and gear check the cuties myself. I also promise to drink one beer for all 15,000 or so registered users here who can't get enough skydiving in thier lives they must come here to DZ.COM to spend their weekdays with other jumpers while pretending to work. I will pull high yet low, be safe yet daring, hook really high yet really low, pay my packer, tip my JM (wait I am a JM - Tip me), turn my AAD on (two rigs 1 AAD hmmmmmmm), and I will yell a big "THANK YOU~THANK YOU" to the skygods when my main opens, and most important of all...............I WILL BUY BEER! Lots n Lots of nectar of the gods... Ya'll have a safe and fun weekend! Schwing!

Another lesson learned. I already knew I was cheesy. Thanks to DZ.com I will know exactly how to approach women. Whether or not they run away when I approach them is a different story.

Decided to take things slow so I don't freak her out. I actually took your idea, Goose. I just e-mailed her. Thought that would be a good way to start up conversation. After a few e-mails maybe get the work gang together and have us all meet up for lunch/dinner. That way I could get to know her better. If that works out then the call her for maybe dinner for two. If that works out then the flowers. Two weeks later the edible panties. Who knows. I might not even like her after getting to know her. She is all I seem to think about now though.

Tucson is the place to be. It is hotter than Haiti though. Just look out for the killer mosquitos and giant bullfrogs on the dz in the summer. I swear the bullfrogs are the size of dogs and they are everywhere. Winter rocks though.

You know I work in hotels so I definetly know what you mean. Next time make sure they put you up at my hotel. Soft beds. Free beer and wine. Full suite. You'll be comfy. And I think I know someone who could get you a good rate.

I know. I wasn't really going to call the media because it would make the sport look bad. I just wish there was a way to bring this to everyones attention without hurting the other dropzones and the sport.
