  1. Both the Firebird and Phantom now give the option for mylar ribs. I honestly don't understand why you should want them. They should prevent flapping but aren't you flying the suit incorrectly if you experience flapping? With the S3S it helps with backflying but both suits can have/have back inlets, so that shouldn't matter that much. The mylar ribs help inflate the wing for the first few seconds at a base jump, however I don't see why you want a wing profile when there is no wind to use it. My experience(S3S) is that the ribs limit your movability and your range, they are also in the way when you pull. So, if you buy a Firebird or Phantom, don't spend the extra cash when you're not sure you want them! Tristan Will you answer "NO" to my next question?
  2. I was just wondering what suit this was: http://www.trackingderby.com/solorace.php It looks like a good s-fly imitation. Also the base pouch looks interesting (it's the other way than the phoenix-fly base pouches, and should not give a premature opening at highspeed exits) Tristan Will you answer "NO" to my next question?
  3. I have a very nice picture of a buttdock of James and Costyn. Unfortunately, James took similar pictures of me this weekend, so I can't post it in fear of reprisals. Tristan Will you answer "NO" to my next question?

  9. I flew my wingsuit back to Holland this weekend and decided to make a detour over the Swiss alps to check out the valley. The Sion dropzone is right in the middle of the picture and the Raron dropzone is just around the corner of the valley. It's the natural habitat of wingsuiters!

  15. Since wingsuiters go a lot faster this aerodynamic advantage will be even more (I don't know the definition of aerodynamic advantage though). It might just give you the extra performance to win the Chris Martin Memorial Award Tristan Will you answer "NO" to my next question?

  20. Yea, had a great time. 3 jumps and tried the access. I don't wanne hear anything bad about the access anymore. It's actually quite fun, you can really feel the lift at the center of your body instead of just pressure on your limbs. I got 69 mph with some potatochipping. Jack isn't it cheaper for you to just jump in Italy every weekend instead of taking the train to you DZ, I mean 25 Pound?!... And don't let "Pazzo" get close to your girl!-) Thanks for this weekend Vincenzo and give "piccolo bastardo" a kick for me:-) Tristan Will you answer "NO" to my next question?
