    Humans were designed to kill, that is why we have eyes in the front of our heads, we use convergence in order to estimate target ranges. If you don't agree think again there is only one type of animal with eyes in the front of the head and that is a predator.

    Bill you have to admit it's kind of odd that driving while disguised by an object that covers your face is an offense punishable by imprisonment, is not enforced on a woman who wears Bhurka, or any scarves covering the face. I only can begin to wonder why a law is not equally enforced for all people and not some? I know there are a great many other laws out there that are being applied in the same shoddy manor. If a law is only going to be enforced for some of the people maybe it should not be a law at all. I had a friend arrested in the mid 80's in chicago for wearing a balaclava while driving in the winter. His car had no heat (VW beetle ) and he was sick. Nice huh? He got the case dropped after spending a couple thousand dollars in legal fees.
