If anyone has this please post or IM me, I will pay postage, and gladly help you in the future. Or I can trade you something.(perhaps)depends on what you need

  4. Kallend's a BRIT?????? If so, that explains a lot! Hell, for Kallend, we'd take Andy_C AND Bigway. and several others to be named later.
  5. Since we are accepting Andy Copland to be a permanent resident in the USA, can we send Kallend back now? We could use a sharpie and write DNR on his forehead!
  6. Keep it up, and I will get him to sleep in your trailer
  7. Guards!!! Hey Andy congratulations!!!, does she know about you yet?
  8. shooting someone to death over failure to sign a traffic ticket may get you is some hot water.
  9. This is sickening on so many levels. What happened to the dog catcher? The 10 day observation for rabies? The court order? The dentention of the dog at the county humane society and testing for viscious behavior? The police report on the supposed attack? Why the hell did the cop show up, and shoot that dog? He had no right and was not in danger, nor was anyone else. I don't hate cops, but I am very aware there are quite a few who relish shooting anything living, if they can get away with it.
  10. EXCLUSIVE: Family Shocked, Outraged after Deputy Shoots Pet Dog in their Yard YouNewsTV™ Related Content Vicious Dog Protocol Story Published: Nov 20, 2007 at 10:00 PM MST Story Updated: Nov 21, 2007 at 10:14 AM MST By Nate Eaton Video A Teton County, Idaho family is outraged after they say a sheriff's deputy tried to murder their dog in their own front yard. The Barboza family has owned their dog Bobby for five years. A few days ago they say a Teton County Idaho Sheriff's Deputy knocked on their door demanding to see the dog. Leonel Barboza, Dog Owner: "He says, 'I'm here to put him down. I'm here to kill him.'" The officer told Leo Barboza there had been a complaint Bobby had bitten someone. Barboza: "I said, 'Do you have any proof or anything?' He says, 'I don't need any proof.'" So Leo got the dog while the deputy pulled out a rifle from his car. They walked a few feet from the Barboza's home where Leo's wife and his three year old son were inside. Leo and the officer tied the dog to a pole when the deputy fired three shots. The dog then collapsed. Leo's son heard the gunshots and opened the front door. Meanwhile... Barboza: "A bunch of kids just got off the bus and they were all on the street. All the kids were watching the officer shooting the dog. My heart was broken seeing an officer killing my dog." The deputy then got in his vehicle and drove away leaving the dog bleeding profusely from his head almost dead. Barboza: "I came back inside with my wife and hid. We were hugging each other crying about our dog because we were gonna miss him. He's been with us for five years." That night Leo's father-in-law, who witnessed the whole thing, had a nervous breakdown and had to be hospitalized. When the family returned home from the hospital a few days later, they were shocked to see their dog alive. Barboza: "My wife called me up and she's like, 'Hey, the dog's alive!' I was like, 'What are you serious?' I was happy my dog was alive." The Teton County Idaho Sheriff wouldn't say much about this case except that it's still under investigation. He also said there's been numerous complaints about the Barboza's dog. But when I checked court records, I could only find one complaint filed last year and that was dismissed. Nate Eaton, Channel 3 Eyewitness News: "Did your dog ever bite anybody?" Barboza: "Not to my knowledge. No." Eaton: "And this was the first time you'd ever heard of any complaint?" Barboza: "Yes, this is the first time. I still think about it. You know my kid thinks all the cops are bad because an officer came and shot his dog. Honestly when I think about it I get mad too and I don't trust that officer any more." The Barboza's took Bobby to the vet. He's now on medication to get the wounds taken care of. The holes in his head will be sewn up after Thanksgiving. The family has hired attorney Josh Garner. I spoke with him this evening and he says, "If the facts are as they appear, the deputies behavior is disgusting, troublesome, and appalling. The officer needs to be held responsible." Several sources say the officer is still on duty and still working in the county. If you have a comment on this story, email us yourturn@kidk.com or natee@kidk.com. 11. I will contact you if Rainbo or I get a record Buck this year. There is a good chance something truly amazing might be taken.
  12. BTW if you are ever interested in someone who trains horses who hunt, and ground tie, as well as being absolutely sure of themselves in all terrains and conditions contact me, I will forward you the number for Tony Brewer, of Formac Stables. Formac is the home of nearly every champion gaited horse, and Tony is the head apprentice to Mr. Connell The hunting horses have become his side line, due to his needs for such a horse, in order to track down loose high value horses for others. The horse he showed me was Crazy Horse, and it was an amazing animal, it went 72 hours straight on the trail, and after feed and water, was ready to go again. It is like having the Humvee of horses.
  13. for the most part deformation, and hydrostatic shock. It varies depending on the bullet type, shape, balance of its mass, and velocity, along with the physical characteristics that the obeject that was shot exhibits. But Kallend will be along shortly to tell you I am wrong.
  14. The second part of what you just posted is a classic case of Junior/Senior property rights. They sold a prescriptive amount of land, it does not matter what you say afterwards, you sell the land prescribed and all you get is what is left. Even if that means none. That is what I would say in a court of law, and after being paid for my time.
  15. I spoke with my former boss and mentor regarding this case, the resulting opinion was this will be defeated upon appeal give the proper expert testimony about the use and intent of adverse possesion. Hire a really good surveyor and you have this case overturned. Adverse possesion is used to correct a MISTAKE, not a willful taking of anothers property with prior knowledge of the boundary. The people who stole the Kirlins property, had a city lot, with a proper plat of survey, they also have a lot that is in a properly recorded subdivision. Those are irrefutable facts, and a lawyer cannot get around those.
  16. Bill, I asked the same. I wish someone would listen.
  17. How do you know, just assume the snivel position on the floor and maybe your neighbors will call 911.
  18. I am asking the same of him Jeanne...
  19. I bet she said lots of things about you and your friends.
  20. 21. Jeanne I wish you two would just stop, do it for me ok?

  23. The Supreme Court agrees to rule on gun case Tuesday, November 20th, 2007 1:02 pm After a hiatus of 68 years, the Supreme Court on Tuesday agreed to rule on the meaning of the Second Amendment — the hotly contested part of the Constitution that guarantees “a right to keep and bear arms.” Not since 1939 has the Court heard a case directly testing the Amendment’s scope — and there is a debate about whether it actually decided anything in that earlier ruling. In a sense, the Court may well be writing on a clean slate if it, in the end, decides the ultimate question: does the Second Amendment guarantee an individual right to have a gun for private use, or does it only guarantee a collective right to have guns in an organized military force such as a state National Guard unit? The city of Washington’s appeal (District of Columbia v. Heller, 07-290) is expected to be heard in March — slightly more than a year after the D.C. Circuit Court ruled that the right is a personal one, at least to have a gun for self-defense in one’s own home. The Justices chose to write out for themselves the question(s) they will undertake to answer. Both sides had urged the Court to hear the city’s case, but they had disagreed over how to frame the Second Amendment issue. Here is the way the Court phrased the granted issue: “Whether the following provisions — D.C. Code secs. 7-2502.02(a)(4), 22-4504(a), and 7-2507.02 — violate the Second Amendment rights of individuals who are not affiliated with any state-regulated militia, but who wish to keep handguns and other firearms for private use in their homes?”Quote I emphasized in BOLD type what they actually had said.
