  1. Are you saying Uranus is getting colder? Is it just age, or is there a draft?
  2. We already do have those. Team Perseus Mission Challenge. Also other stuff we do not announce. There are so many anti-gun people around that letting them know just presents them an opportunity to interfere.
  3. "Command and Control," which gets even more expansive as C^4ISR, aka Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance. Some submissions for most awesomely bad military acronyms. Another short collection of some note. The one that still makes me laugh is NORTHCOM’s … uh, Northern Command’s … CCMRF aka the CBRNE Consequence Management Response Force. It’s both an acronym with in an acronym, and it’s is pronounced “see-smurf.” [double]- I was sitting in a FLA-designated (four-letter-acronym) room on Tuesday afternoon and started keeping a list of acronyms used: JPEO, DRC, TMTI, NIE, the JASONs … & on to a list of 32 acronyms. Prolly missed a few too. /Marg WANG The Wisconsin Air National Guard.
  4. Mine had a tragic accident where they went into Lake Superior.
  5. In Chicago Obama is now known as the MOP. Master of the Pullout. The guys down at the VA told me that one, they are black BTW and not a fan of Obama by any means. I like seeing my fellow Vets down there, we all may have our differences but almost everyone is tired of hearing people say they know what fellow Americans think according to racial and economic demographics.
  6. I thought about building one too but decided on a 6.5 Grendel, which can be great at long distances and also be loaded subsonic as well with 129SST's or 130grain Berger VLDs There is someone loading it both supersonic and subsonic with 140 grain bullets as well.
  7. Happy Independence day to all of you as well. I will be cooking out at the DZ, and maybe hobbling over to the fireworks display area to play with the flamethrower. Whhhhhhhhhhoooooooooooooossssssssssssssssssshhhhh Probably going to use jet A and Gasoline instead of Napalm B so it will not stick and or damage anything.
  8. Sometimes feeling develop, sometimes they don't. The problem lies within the fact that some people equate sex with being in love, instead of understanding it is just sex.
  9. The lightest lower is a CAV Arms II polymer. Try the YHM lightweight or the Alexander Arms G-10 FF Tube The stock is integral a is the pistol grip. IIRC the entire thing shaves more than a pound off. I can weigh one if you like, but I just pulled the LPK out for a build I am doing for my nephew. He gets an AA Grendel with matched receivers in a 14.5" with a WCI Brake permanently attached, A2 stock Sabre Defence M4 profile, match grade, chrome lined, hammer forged bbl. also a 3.5-10x40 optic with IR It has a Colt LPK that is hand tuned to 3.5lbs Just remember that balance is more important than weight. If it is awkward or carries like shit it will feel heavier.
  10. It's also a clicking noise in your knees when you climb stairs. In that case I was old at 23yrs of age!
  11. I disagree. As far as I know, the vast majority of Germans, Italians, and Japanese do not currently want to kill us. See also: The British They all have one thing in common, they all got their asses kicked by us. Our vanquished foes become our best allies it seems.
  12. M1Super90 manufactured by Benelli
  13. Well you did not drop it. That's good.
  14. SU-37 rocks. The only thing it lacks is stealth and C&C capability. If it had that we would be fucked. An SU-37 with a wing of UCAVS would be a bitch. They are very good at doing a SB as well (Sneaky Bastard) Over the tops of the shrubs and at high speed. The either get on the 6 or do a cobra and fire. It sucks to get suprised I bet. Good thing we already know about them. In sims the Sukhoi's are a menace
  15. Jerry would probably prefer if we had no F22 Raptors at all. Maybe he would even prefer if we had no military.
  16. In the case you provide he IS the MANUFACTURER. Other than that if it was modified from an existing Title II it has no need for additional markings. Of course some agents will have different opinions but unless they can provide chapter and verse of the rules it is just a personal opinion. Yes I was mistaken in typing form 1, instead of form 4. The 1986 cut off for making a machine gun is common knowledge, so why make the effort to act like I am some kind of dumbshit. Here is a hint, I have probably dealt with more firearms related items than you might imagine.
  17. Pork shoulder or butt (which is actually a shoulder cut) I like St. Louis ribs and pig roasts as well. Salt Pepper and garlic, then roast it very slowly for hours and hours. By the time it is ready you are salivating from the smell. Lamb is great on a spit also
  18. Saddam had been firing SAMs at allied aircraft for over 8 years. Wanna try again?
  19. One year ago today the average price of gasoline was $4.12/gal. Today it is $2.61 One year ago today the $US was worth .634Euro Today the $US is worth .709Euro One year ago today the $US was worth .507 UK pounds Today the $US is worth .607 UK pounds Looks like namgrunt is just plain WRONG. No you just nit picked for the date that supports your sort of politics. Would you like to have today compared to 20years ago? 30? years?
  20. I was told by two Feds and an ATFE agent that there is no requirement to mark an already roll stamped or engraved firearms that is being made into a title I. The fact that the letter suggested it was required is stupid and renders that title I weapon non-transferable. SBR, SBS and Suppressors may be sold if the new owner complies by obtaining a Form 1. Even other items such as Machine Guns and DD may be transferred if the proper paperwork is received.
  21. I agree those two don't do much for pain. I am without pain meds because the VA pharmacy did not send them out on time. It sucks to even get out of bed, and even worse if I move the wrong way.
  22. Thompson was a lawyer, attorney general of TN, and Senator long before he became an actor.
  23. Sorry I can design them and market them with the proper paperwork, but here I cannot own one. So I have not done this. If you are corporation you can own one (think S Corp)
