This incident is in reaction to a perp who ran from a traffic stop by narcotics officers in Chicago. He drove all the way to the Plaza 9 Tollway Exchange in Elgin all while throwing a gun, and large amounts of cocaine from the window. When they arrived at the toll plaza he attempted to drive through the squad car blocking him in, he was shot twice in the chest. I think his family is now suing. iirc he was 19 or 20, no job and an expensive Mercedes Benz is what he was driving, it was registered in his name.

    I do not like Obama, but that is not the reason I question his Natural Citizenship. There were quite a few things that led me to want to ask questions about it. As you see many people resorted to attacks right away instead of listening and trying to understand. Conspiracy? No Lies? possibly yes

    Here we go again, I did not care what they think or what they do, I did my job. If I could not stand them, then I did not hang out with them. If they were civilians, I could give a shit less what they think as long as they don't cause me a problem. I was not deciding foreign affairs, national policy or anything else, I followed orders and did my job.

    The right to choose is one thing, outright refusal for some unknown reason can be the building blocks of being one of the USA bashers we see frequently. We have enough educators already blaming our country for all the problems of the world, do we need more indoctrination in that venue? If it is personal choice, do whatever you like but don't complain or sue if others do.

    I can say that I have been treated well by the VA. I am glad you can afford better care (if it is any better) I know one thing for sure,the VA won't be doing anything that you don't really need just because they want some more cash. I know of two people who got new knees and they were not as bad off as mine. I think someone paid for their kids Ivy league educations off of that. People are always condescending about the VA and that pisses me off. It is not like we don't get some of the best doctors there are to be had. One of my doctors is chief of clinic and educator at Loyola, I guess everyone else has a better doctor. Some of the doctors are so good they would be multimillionaires if they worked outside the VA system. I guess they must be stupid for wanting to help the people who did something for them.

    Control rod from the column to the trans is either disconnected or gone. But if you turn the cowl on the column as it exits the dash it will not allow the key to turn. Really good anti theft scheme. It used to work wonders in the city. They could even remove the ignition and still no luck.
