I'm not into the exhibitionist scene, but I see no problem with being nude around other people. Try hanging around the house in the nude. Laundry, mowing & car washing isn't half as bad naked as not. There're 4 of these things in various stages growing on the farm where I stay - Western Cape, SA. I've been living in the area for 12+ years now & have never seen one in all my hiking around here. They look like a very short-stemmed mushroom before they start to split open & the webby thingy emerges. It feels like soft cartilage with a very slimy coating. Not sure I want to be the first to taste, but I can freeze a bit & send it to you to try A VERY MERRY UNBIRTHDAY TO YOU!!! D.S # 125
