    I use WileyX riding my motorcycle. I needed prescription lenses. I got the SG1 with two sets of RX lenses, clear and tinted. Very happy with them.

    I guess the Fighting Tigers in China, Lend Lease, etc...were "uninvolved". We were actually involved for quite a while (that's WHY Japan attacked us in the first place, not to mention German UBoats sinking our ships). But anyway, I was just joking, I'm not one of the "we saved your asses" guys. And I understand that it's only about 30% of you that actually have Yank dads but don't know it.

    Considering most voters are voting along party lines of for whomever has the better hair, I think it's a wash. I'm voting on a ballot issue, for city controller, and DA. There's a shitload of municipal, civil, common pleas, traffic judges up for retention or in contested races. I'm just skipping those cause I don't have a clue.

    Someone has to help the poor idiots. Your post seems to come off as though you are trying to "enlighten" others about their over enlightenment. Everyone on here is expressing their opinions. Most of us respect others opinions as well. Just because someone takes a strong stance with their opinions doesn't mean they think they're better than others. If you are made to feel inferior by some posts...that's a different problem

    Did your other case deal with charter schools, which is what this appears to be? I happen to know for a fact that there are all male and all female schools in this country.

    Technically...it may not be illegal...yet.....just because it's too new of a thing for their to be laws about it. But civilly you could be found liable. Not likely to be sued by phishers. But skyride might take a different view. I wouldn't risk it. Not worth it. And regardless of the legality it's immoral.

    Here's the answer you're trolling...err...fishing for. No, federal appeals courts shouldn't stick their unwanted nose into it. HOWEVER....federal appeals courts should decide between conflicting parties who bring a dispute to their court. That's what they are there for and that's what they do. Some people call that activism. I call that deciding the cases that are brought before them...or, their job.

I've read your references (OBL's letter), but I don't give it as much credit as say...US anti-terrorism Czars. The main reason for their motivation is Western influence in the middle east.
