  1. No wonder the "shit storm" in the forecast -- Perhaps a holiday in sunny Florida, if the resources and care to travel abroad are there- Hurricane season is winding down to a close now. Now it's party time! The heat isn't as opressive, either. Easy Does It
  2. Give Zute Sute a holler, too. www.zutesute.com Jenny is cool, and fun to work with. Be sure to tell her Lenny sent ya. Easy Does It
  3. I do sometimes - I should stretch more before jumping, 'specially since I'm not quite as flexible as I used to be. You'll see the serious and even semiserious RW flyers doing stretching excercises, and Yoga is popular, too. Easy Does It
  4. I wasn't able to stay for the Halloween party, but I'm sure there was LOTS of beer consumed! Easy Does It
  5. PAC 750 formation loads - A few pics on this website - www.lennyskydives.com/Pictures.html I'm not sure but I think the last load Saturday was a 24-way.
  6. Oh, we should have better pics than that, too! I'll try to get some posted here and on my website! Easy Does It
  7. May I suggest you consider the FF2 from 2kComposites, also. I have one equipped to take an HC30 (Just like the HC32 in size and shape) and the camera fit is nothing less than superb. (As well as the fit on your head!) Easy Does It
  8. My Sabre 2 demo canopy is arriving today, too! Nothing like getting to 5k altitude for a Hop-n-Pop in three minutes! Or going to 13,500 in less that fifteen, for that matter! Easy Does It
  9. I just got word that we'll have not one but TWO!! PAC 750's at our DZ this weekend, with full intentions of flying 2-plane shots with them. Mad fun! DZ website - www.skydivemilwaukee.com Easy Does It
  10. That's it! - And come to think of it, I do think the empannage was rounded. The 170 I jumped used to live at Frontier Skydiving in NY. I heard it's departed from this world now. So sad Easy Does It
  11. How have you gone about contacting them? Easy Does It
  12. Ahem - BEER - (Just had to say it.) Smallest Cessna I've been out of is a tail-dragging 172. Very cozy inside. Cessnas have a certain Zen to them. There are many ways to exit, just be very aware of what you bump up against - There are also many ways to snag pins and handles, too. Enjoy your Cessna jumps! Easy Does It
  13. If you're not worried about emotionally scarring the little gits for life, you could dress as three Teletubbies - ! Easy Does It
  14. I haven't heard from L&B on the actual realease date yet, but I trust it will be soon. I am accepting early orders for the new L&B products also. Easy Does It
  15. Don't knwo if this is really "simple" or not, but if you have 2 reletivel experieinced bellyflyer and 2 newbies with reasonable solid skills if seems to flow really well - Meeker - ZigZag/Marquis - Open accordian. Had alot of fun with this one at the 60ish jump mark in my career, turned about 12-14 points. Got me hooked on bellyflying. Easy Does It
  16. Put a call into Ankie at Wings and discuss the difficulties you're having with her. They should be able to help you out in no time at all. Easy Does It
  17. Full faceZ-1 for bellyflying - which I do alot of. Open face Bone Head for coaching and hop-n-pops. Also getting into camera work - Currently using an FF2 for that. The Z-1 opens very nicely with one hand. Easy Does It
  18. Beer time I rode the plane down was as a S/L student - One of the other students on the plane had a bad case of nerves and wouldn't leave. I was due for a 30 second delay jump, but the instructor had two 1st time jumpers to dispatch first. Since one didn't want to leave, all three of us rode down. Rode down again due to weather coming in suddenly. Third ride down was with a student I was coaching - We were the last group out and I couldn't see the DZ due to a cloud layer. No way I was letting my student go. Went on one observer ride while recovering from some bruised ribs after a hard opening. Had to get in the air somehow! Easy Does It
  19. While I was living in Austin, a friend of mine ran over a cement block that fell off a truck he was driving behind on I-35. Destroyed the engine, as the cement block ripped a bunch stuff to shreds under the car including tearing the oil pan wide open. By the time he got to the side of the road (less than a minute-) the engine was toast. He wasn't able to get the plate number off the truck, as he was more concerned with getting the car off the road without causing a major accident. The insurance company totaled the car, the damage to the undercarriage was that severe. Easy Does It
  20. I suppose I could look in my logbook and figure it out, but I really have no idea - Maybe 200-300? Easy Does It
