Sorry you seem to see a negative about this organization. What have they ever done to you? ltdiver Bugger all. It was a joke, O humor impaired one. I'm a Christian, and I thought it was very funny! It's so stereotypical, isn't it? For my part, I know nothing with any certainty, But the sight of the stars makes me dream. -Vincent Van Gogh

She's brain dead. How much her, how much of her spirit is left? It's not our blood and guts that make us who we are, it's what's upstairs. In Teri's case there's nothing left. - Jim I understand that she is "brain dead", but tell me, what then would it hurt to let her parents (who are totally willing to) care for her? Why does her so-called husband keep holding on? Is he doing it to spite her family? Whatever her wishes may have been 15 years ago, she has no idea that they aren't being followed. Let her parents have her. For my part, I know nothing with any certainty, But the sight of the stars makes me dream. -Vincent Van Gogh

I'm getting out of the biz after 4 1/2 years. I never found my "niche"-very hard to do in an area with a population of 50K and almost 700 agents. I'm definitely not pushy enough and that's one of the personality traits you need to sell real estate. There are a lot of costs-I paid about $1500 per year just for licenses and fees. Your average comission after broker splits is about 1.5%. Not much when you think about it-$15,000 for 1 million worth of houses sold. Don't quit your "day job" until you find out whether or not you are happy with real estate.
