An unsound form of inductive argument in which an argument is based completely or relies heavily on analogy to prove its point. Going to school like you claim to have done (but claim to be blue collar at the same time) would mean you know that.

I vote republican more than democratic simply because most of the dem leaders have worse shortcomings than the repubs. Just because they/you don't seem to MIND their shortcomings does not mean I don't see them as such. Take the double standard (per Bill) discussed here. You don't seem to mind the fact that Dems did really bad things, only that Repubs did. I don't like the fact EITHER did. I find it great that you think it is fine to have a double standard. Says a lot about you.

    That is exactly what I mean. One side has a double standard (Good point) but then how they react to that double standard is what I see as hypocritical. They defend their own, but attack the other side. It is a double standard and quite hypocritical (using your explanation) to say how bad it is now, but not when their guys did it.

    Except the 6 digit number is attached to your NAME. Otherwise the state does not get paid. Your fear of misuse is justified, but THEY ALREADY KNOW WHO YOU ARE, and using the keypad shows them what you did. The thing about online is that no one uses your online posts to charge anyone for a service. The kids using finger prints or using the keypad are doing the same thing.

    Not my call to make. But I think the whole Iraq war mess is going to go nowhere. Replacing Rummy will not change anything since Bush is still in office. Bush would replace Rummy with someone else who would move in the same direction. So while I would love to get the troops out, removing Rummy will not make that happen. I see our job in Iraq as done. We removed Saddam, they have a Constitiution, they have people who are trained and can train others to defend Iraq. Of course as soon as we leave it will fall into civil war. But us staying is only going to delay that, and democracy can not be forced, it must be earned.

    I like how the judge told the former US DA to leave the court...doesn't sound like a puppet to me. Also he ADMITTED to the acts. It does not take a puppet Tribunal to rule over a guy that ADMITTED it. So you really think the Iraqi's care about the US election? How powerful do you think the Republicans are?

I can remember kids when I was in school having to give their name for free lunches, and that was 20 years ago. So they have been doing it AT LEAST that long. Where was your rage then? That has nothing to do with THIS article.

But you didn't seem to get upset when they WERE ALREADY DOING IT BY PAPER!!!! Or how other districts were DOING IT ALREADY by 6 digit code!! So, either you hate that the information is recorded..Which it does need to be recorded so people get paid. Or you hate the fact that it is done by finger print? How do you feel about the 6 digit code and all the information that it has stored? Like it or not Biometrics are used more and more. One store I shop at has a finger print machine for transactions. Pilots have biometric checkins at airports. So what really gets you pissed about this? The biometrics, or the recording of information (which was already being done)?

    Yeah, I bet the Iraqi's really cared about the US election. (In case you didn't know, the US really had almost nothing to do with the trial .) But I do love that the anouncment on news managed to turn anti Bush in less than 3 posts. AND in less than 5 someone compared Saddam to Bush.....NICE!!!!
