our Family dog Sacha (collie cross) was picked up from the local cat and dog home in april 09. This was after saying i would not get another dog after loosing my previous 2 to old age and illness. you can only hold out so long when your kids spend 2 years wearing you down. you would not believe how regular newspaper and mags do this without contacting the copyright owner. Also check to see if they have a website that is using the image as the you may be able to claim a daily charge for that use ! but then depend on the laws where you live regarding this. We will usually charge them more for copyright theft than normal if they had asked for images. Billy-Sonic Haggis Flickr-Fun
