    Heh yeah that was a fun sunset jump. We basically flew a one sided V, Mark (the photographer) was on his back as base, and we flew towards him and then pulled. Right after the next person would fly towards Mark and pull and the line would move up, etc... It'll be on the video. I like that idea. makes for some good vid/ photo's for sure.     I'm just saying that there is no reason to jump the gun on things. and so what? you are going to police him over the forums? Maybe you will be lucky if you would get him to this twice if he fell into that scenario. Even if he did have 90 jumps and wanted to wingsuit, and his DZO and ST&A allowed him to do it, more power to him and shame on those people.. or maybe he's in the UK and the BPA will stop him. yup, you are right. there are better ways to state what you are saying here from your post above... and btw he did say he has "a friend" from which he got the suit from. dont mind me (group hug!)     No, not really. In some cases a budget is meaningless, unless you are specifically looking for how much they can afford to spend above and beyond 'normal' day to day activites. . Private non-profits do not have to disclose that information unless they want to.. and if they do, it's usually informal. That includes it's members. Where is my fizzy-lifting drink?
