I was in a similar position to you, but I had way less jump numbers. (still do) I'd just be perfectly honest with them, and see what they think. You'll be fine (riding a bike?) and they'll probably have you do a couple of level 7 AFF jumps and a hop + pop. Which UK DZ are you thinking of going to? PS Welcome back! -
