Nice one Macca, I had a similar expierence with a Nomad at Peterlee. Unfortunately i wasn't wearing a camera (I know, it didn't happen ) Good job.

I'm a newbie to this wingsuiting lark, but I did about 20 jumps on a GTI and I've done about the same on my Firebird. The Firebird feels much more of a performance suit to me, my times and speeds improved almost immediately, and are still improving. Its also very easy to back fly, in fact, I found the Firebird easy to fly from the off, once I relaxed and stopped trying to 'max it out'

This is actually a throw back from when the building was a hay barn. It was used to move the bales of hay up to the top of the barn. You may now return to your normal veiwing. The weather here in Northern England is shitty, kinda spoiling my 5 days off. Its also made me realise that outside of skydiving...I'm somewhat lacking a life. Oh well. -
I don't know about the specific antenna, but in general doppler radar is bad for you. The danger area's listed on our aircraft when testing the system are huge. It will definately do you no good.
