    I sort of agree. Ground shipping is available after all. I think (but don't know) that they just don't want people, including riggers in the field, opening them up and doing the change. And then sealing the gasket up again. You still have to do that to change the cutter or control head though. They probably have seen too many units messed up in the field by now.     Are you arguing for American immigration regulations to be enforced evenly against all nations? I wonder how Canadians would react if the US decided to be less selective and demanded that all visitors go through the full rigours of a consular visa interview before being considered for a US visa--including Canadian visitors. Now if we are merely talking about supporting the Muslim community then it is fairly simple. Focus on Quebec City where your support is desperately needed.     Standard US Interstate weight configuration is 80,000 lbs on 5 axles. There are a lot of states that allow more in different setups, but that is the national standard. You could argue that they don't pay enough tax for the damage they cause, but that is pointless. The goods that you consume have to get to you somehow.     Beaches have a dangerous hazard close by. Usually the ocean. They often have a tree line running parallel to the first hazard. Be patient, life is long.
