Sanders appears to have the support of about 25 to 30 percent of the D primary voters at this point. If he does get nominated I don't think he can win. But I've been wrong more times than I've been right about US elections!

There IS a problem with global warming... it stopped in 1998

Good luck getting this man to ever consider, let alone admit, that he is wrong! -

The fracking revolution has completely stood the direction of the world's economy on it's head. It is the reason the USA was able to recover from the near disaster of the 2008 crash. It is causing the House of Saud to be constantly looking over it's shoulder. And it absolutely has thrown a wrench into Putin's plans. -
What was the vote count in Florida in 2000?
-
But the exact number they won by would matter a lot. Imagine a close election. Instead of needing a recount or a legal fight in say, Florida, each of the States would be a battle. And there is no standard for accuracy, each State is different. Litigating a close election would become a National Nightmare. I'm not saying electing a President by a true national vote is a bad idea. But I am saying that without a national vote counting system with national rules it is a terrible idea.
-
The obvious problem with that is simply that there is no official nationwide popular vote. Who will certify the results?
-
The whole point is distraction and misdirection. It's working fine. It's like religion, it draws the team together against the outside.

I guess my real point is that we will not run out. Even if China decides to cut us off. If the price gets higher the market will fill the demand.

Rare earth metals are neither scarce nor rare. They are just difficult to concentrate.

You just can't help yourself can you? You just have to insult the BoD and imply that they are cheaters and self servers.

Man shoots his toddler. Dead. This guy has been charged, so I assume he is not white. https://www.katc.com/news/covering-louisiana/police-father-mishandling-gun-fatally-shoots-toddler

Some details now. An unsecured firearm at the home of a Navy Petty Officer. Apparently training isn't always good enough. https://www.burlingtoncountytimes.com/news/20200208/lsquounspeakable-tragedyrsquo-pemberton-boyrsquos-shooting-lsquoentirely-preventablersquo-prosecutor-says

4 yo, fatal, self inflicted. I'm going to call this one a probable accident. No real details, could be a suicide I suppose. https://time.com/5780569/new-jersey-child-dies-gunshot-wound/

Hell no. It's a really nice little county airport! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mifflin_County_Airport https://www.skydivehappyvalley.com/ You are right about one thing though, Brent has never seal coated the runway. Or done any other maintenance. The government pays all of those costs through taxation of the people!

Sounds truthy enough for me. Go with it.

He is trying to motivate his base. But he is doing a fine job of motivating the "anyone but Trump crowd". I'm beginning to wonder if perhaps he is not actually a stable genius, or even an ordinary genius after all.

Hard opening vs Soft opening | Altitude loss
gowlerk replied to americanfreefall's topic in General Skydiving Discussions
Yes and yes. Well known and beyond debate. However, in a rare case it is possible for something like a bag lock to cause a delay in opening followed by a hard opening. Certain canopies are known for long snivels and can easily take 800 feet to open. I have not heard that about Pilots in particular. -
What will be really interesting, if Bloomberg is the nominee, is just how scary the R operatives can make "progressive" seem. As Ds go, he is not very progressive at all.

It was planned to look like an uncontrolled action. Totally tricking our turtle as he peered out from his shell at the screen.

Is there somewhere we could look at this information? Where does it come from?

The airport was there before the dz and it will be there after the dz is done. The county who owns it gets federal money and it exists to serve the GA community and to give those who can afford aircraft a place to land. The only time airports like this close is if the land becomes so valuable that local developers find a way to bribe local politicians to sell it to them.
