    That sounds like what we call a wagon wheel. If it is, it's fairly easy to launch a 3 way from a 182. A four way is quite a bit harder, but has been done. It starts with one person sitting on the step facing the tail. I guess not all 182s have a big enough step to make it work. The other two straddle the legs of the sitter.

    Should have? That would be a recommendation then. Hard rules use words like must. Like others have said, balloon jumps are most often available at desert DZs in the US. Eloy is known to allow a balloon operator access to their facilities regularly. The OP appears to to from or even possibly in Iran. Asking about "regulations" but not stating the jurisdiction make the question difficult.

    Leadership matters. It is not everything, but there is a huge difference between a population being led in a positive direction and one being led negatively. Americans are not actually exceptional people, they are just like everyone else. America has been affected by Covid-19 more than almost any other nation. Just the same as Brazil has. Because again, leadership matters in any society.

    Correct. It is not nearly as hard to make a large reduction in the problem as many people think. Unfortunately it seems that those same people can only see shutdown or open economy. Black or white, no grey is possible.

    I don't have a strong opinion on this one way or the other. But I would say that in the same way we have a progressive system of taxation for people a progressive system of taxing the business of religion could be worked out. But only in theory, the reality is that the level and depth of resistance to the idea would make it politically impossible.

    Death penalty? There are people who deserve to die for what they have done, no question. But that does not mean it is the right or the best thing for us to do.

    Why do American Christians spout this crap? How hard is it to understand that separation of state and church is not even remotely suppression of church and belief? What you are really espousing is for Christianity to have a favoured place in American society. You are not even the least bit concerned about any other religions. You are not in favour of "religious freedom", you are interested in Christian dominance. And that is why the push back you get here is so vigorous. We can all see through the bullshit.

    I was pretty sure the American people would punish the Rs for nominating him last time. Not only did he win, but he carried both the House and the Senate on his coattails. I am left with hope, but no certainty of any blue wave. Polls are worthless.
