    you have to do some serious qualifications.... Im 3/5 of the way completed and I've been qual'ing for 3 years... and thats only for backseating.... what type of fighter you looking at? ------------------------------- It took me a while too, because thats not what strictly engaged in. but I mean.... you have to worry about things like security clearence and the what not, especially considering your a civilian.... and I imagine it would be HELLA HELLA expensive...     yeah, your absolutley right. I guess we are talking about the same thing. For me personally, I find more of my personality traits more apparent in my skydiving. I just find it really really intresting how they both have in common (my personality and my skydiving) it's almost scary actually. "'Someday is not a day in my week'"

    ahhh... alas, we are not talking about the same things. I am referring to technique, quite contrary to experience. However, I do believe that it is experience that molds technique so you do have a point, though I am not talking about that. I am simply asking is there a correlation between the way you fly and your personality? "'Someday is not a day in my week'"

    just curious... does anyone else here feel or share a relationship between your skydiving and his/her personality? In other words, does the way you fly define your personality/ vice versa? I was with an instructor the other day, and after a couple jumps he critiqued my performance , as he was telling me ways to improve, he unknowingly gave me pointers and advice (with striking relevance) , not only to progress in skydiving but in life as well. I went further with my thought and concluded that how I play in the air resembles how I function in every day life. I've incorporated all the primal basics in my theory ( fear, aggression, love, caution, patience, confidence, learning capacity, etc...) but most of all ability. Not that I'll die if anyone can't relate, but is there anyone else out there than can put this together or am I just extremely high right now??? "'Someday is not a day in my week'"

    thats about 1 mile of the line they're not supposed to cross, there would definitly be some housewars after that. When I had roommates, food was usually the biggest issue, but stealing your thanksgiving leftovers!?!! they'd get the cats locked in their closets for that! and don't get mad at me..
