It is good to get good prices on stuff but it helps to feel secure in buying a new canopy from someplace you don't know.     Can't tell you much about what to do for a youthful type such as yourself as I am a tad bit older, married 32 years and have 6 grandchildren, but I do live just north of Detroit in Lake Orion. There are some real nice areas like this on the edges. I work in Auburn Hills. About a 20 minute drive. Lots of good hospitals in the area. Yeah, the winters will take some getting used to. But if you know someone to stay with in Florida you can break it up with a few long weekends. I jump at Midwest, a little C-182 dropzone. Thirty minute drive. Two turbine dz's are about 1.5 hours away.     I jumped a Sil230 all of this summer. My exit weight is around 260. Took awhile to get the landings down and still have to run (or butt slide one out). You shouldn't have any trouble at your exit weight. My 2 cents would be to give it a try, be conservative, but see what you think.     Great pics. I would like nothing more than be able to pet one of those. They are absolutely beautiful. I don't care much for domestic cats but wild cats are incredible.     I have to admit I clip them at work sometimes but I do it quietly and dispose of them. We have someone that clips his in a bathroom stall and leaves them all over the floor.     We had a female cat that turned into a fierce hunter after she had kittens. Several rabbits, came home after a weekend away and found 2 of the neighbors pet ducks in the garage, and while sitting in the driveway ready to leave for Cedar Point she snatched a bird right out of the air in front of the kids.
