Cute. Thanks, Jerry. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

I've done the five blade thing - spending a lot of money and for me five blades is too much. Went with The Shave Club. Probably cause they were first and don't know much about Harry's. Shave Club gives you options on number of blades. ETA: Sorry, it's called the Dollar Shave Club and I just looked up Harry's which has the same four blade thing, but is more expensive. Female WWII pilots barred from Arlington National Cemetery

Your five minutes would have been better spent writing to the prime minister to fix what you got wrong over there Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard. -

IMO: Arlington is for the most reverent of American Heroes. Doing what you volunteered to do and remaining CONUS - does not qualify - Male or Female. There are more avenues to take than to be heels dug in. https://www.google.com/webhp?sourceid=chrome-instant&ion=1&espv=2&es_th=1&ie=UTF-8#q=national%20cemetery%20in%20maryland&es_th=1 And, I don't agree with the discrimination that could preclude future female patriots (i.e., Jessica Lynch - one of the criteria is POW) from being buried at Arlington - now that Combat Arms has opened up. Evening, Jerry. That's what I mean. Someone on here (maybe TK) had a sig line... "Once they put a Jiffy Lube on every corner; we were doomed." Keith Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

Ahhh, I'm saddened by the days of old when I had a '72 C-10 pickup and an '83 superglide. Few friends, few beers and we could fix anything with a tool bag. Now the Tahoe has to be plugged in to tell a parts swapper what he needs to do (nobody's mechanic'in anymore) and the 2015 Roadglide has to be serviced (like friggin oil changes) by an HD technician or it voids the warranty. And, when sumpin goes wrong... they too - plug it in. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

For those of you who like to keep track of politcal liars
BIGUN replied to rushmc's topic in Speakers Corner
Normal in your world I guess You think that's crazy? At my company we get 25 days off a year after being here a while, and that's not uncommon for tech companies around here. That's 175 days over 7 years. So he's taking less than people around here get. Trips? Years I am on a team, or going after a bigway, I take ~10 vacation trips a year (long weekends mainly.) So I'd be at 70 trips after 7 years. Try again. Perhaps try how he drinks wine like an effete French guy. You should reflect on the number of days a College Professor receives in time off and consider a career change. Best half years I ever worked. Well, the bottom line for me is that "old" Vietnam Vet has a constitutional right to carry with no training. In other words, all Americans have the right to carry without yours or any State regulation at all. No one need buy their birth rights back from the State and be subject to yours or anyone else's sense of "criteria." Well, I didn't read his missives that way and think you're taking it a bit over the top. I'm in the camp of a 20+ year old DD-214 is more proof of competency on weapons "Safety & Training" than a more recent four hour range course popping 50 rounds at 7 yards with a semi-auto that qualifies one to carry any type of concealed pistol. But, I'm also in the camp of carrying is a constitutional right; rather than having to buy my rights and get permission from the government kinda guy. Louisiana requires a "small arms" qualification endorsement on the DD 214. During Vietnam, military firearms training was aimed at training for basic rifle marksmanship. Military handgun training was largely non-existent. Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

How to tell that you have entered a New Year: You enter your password on the microwave. You haven't played solitaire with a real deck of cards in years. You have a list of 15 phone numbers to reach your family of four. You check the ingredients on a can of chicken noodle soup to see if it contains Echinacea. Your grandmother clogs up your e-mail inbox asking you to send her a JPEG file of your newborn so she can create a screen saver. The concept of using real money instead of credit or debit to make a purchase is foreign to you. Happy New Year, Everyone!!![/Blue] Nobody has time to listen; because they're desperately chasing the need of being heard.

Should I travel abroad for a world class AFF experience?
BIGUN replied to dive42's topic in Safety and Training
OPINION: I started at a little 182 DZ and after a couple of years realized I wasn't making much progress with sporadic weekend jumping -weather contingent. I spent four hours each way for the next several years at a "World-Class DZ" and learned at a much accelerated rate to the point I was load organizing at the then World FreeFall Convention within a year. If I had it to do over again, I would take the opportunity you present and if possible - get my first 100 jumps there. If that isn't possible, then get your AFF where you can and travel to as many DZ's as time allows and you can afford to learn something new at each one. Good Luck. To me... this is prosecutorial misconduct and grandstanding. Where's the police report from 12 years ago. It is unfortunate in some cases that prosecutors are protected and have immunity for their actions. After several hours of reading the Pennsylvania code... I'm changing my position. Quite frankly, I'm just lost on this one. So many years to wait, then once one comes out, 39 others join in. I do think this is going to be a long road to hoe for everyone involved.
