    Not a big deal if you don't have wire racks, it just may take longer for them to cool. Flip the pan upside down on a plate or right on your counter and let them cool outside of the pan. Make sure that the cakes are room temp before you try to layer and frost. Otherwise you'll just have a big sticky mess to deal with. Good luck.

    * I cannot sit still, I'm a fidgeter. * I sniff the coffee can every time I open it, sometimes I open it just to sniff and then I put it away. * I clean my ears at least twice a day. I'm kinda compulsive about it. * I don't separate my laundry, as long as it's clean I really don't give a fuck about lights and darks. Hell, most of my stuff is second hand anyway so it really doesn't matter. * I still laugh about farts. I never grew out of that childhood behavior. I don't find them gross at all, just funny. * I'm very vulgar and hard to offend. It makes for some interesting conversations. * I don't like wearing underwear.
