Why would you move to Denver?? It sucks here. It never stops snowing and being cold. We never see the sun. There is nothing remotely fun to do here. No one should ever consider moving here.

Wire his brake lights to his horn on his car. Guaranteed entertainment at the first stoplight he pulls up to.

I think I had the same 11th grade history teacher you did....

Density Altitude is the altitude that your canopy "feels like" it is flying at. The density of air goes down as the heat goes up due to the fact that there are fewer molecules of air in a given volume. The term "Density Altitude" is used to describe the altitude that at standard temperature and pressure you would find that density of air. Here in Colorado, we land at about 5500 feet above sea level, however on a hot, low pressure, day in the summer, it is not uncommon to have a density altitude in excess of 10,000 feet. -

My roommate's dog, Sierra, is a pitbull and has to be the smartest dog I have ever seen. Last night my other roommate's dog, Jerry, (whom, I might add is not exactly the smartest dog in the world) came in with a large stick and proceeded to begin shredding it in the living room. I told sierra "Take the stick from Jerry and take it outside." She did exactly that...she walked up to jerry, took the stick from him and took it outside. I have never seen a smarter dog when it comes to understanding what people want from her. -

Yup. I'm particularly familiar with it from my trips to Devil's Tower and floating through the lower Grand Canyon.

I get a scary looking picture of a captured convict, a picture I took of my friend, and a rafting picture that I took, but none of me.

SteepandCheap is awesome. I have gotten some great deals through them on outdoor gear. Only problem is, you either gotta be up early or late because the good items are usually sold out by 8am!

Fire Ants suck....A few years back, I made my first trip back to Florida after having moved away when I was 9 years old. We were preparing to go to the beach when I accidentally stood on a fire ant pile. Needless to say I got lots of bites. I didn't really think much of it aside from, "Ouch that hurt!". About 5 mins later we were at the beach and I started itching everywhere. Then I got hives all over my body. Never having experienced an allergic reaction before, I had no idea what was happening. I didn't really connect it with the ant bites. Next thing I knew I was haveing a little trouble breathing...so it was off to the drug store to get some benadryl. Fortunatly that cleared it up quickly. That was the first time I'd had any kind of allergy to anything in my life.

They let you out of the CU engineering center long enough to go skydiving?? Sheesh, you kids these days have it easy, I spent every bit of my time when I went to school there in that damn ugly building. Good luck on the AFF! I'll probably be jumping in longmont this weekend, so I'll listen for the "Jeff has passed AFF" call over the PA. Don't forget the . Also, don't forget the fact that liquor stores are closed on sunday and you may need to plan ahead! Lack of planning (or age) is no excuse!!

Usually that has nothing to do with the driver, it is a physical problem with the drive. Most CD drives have a sensor that detects when you push on it to close it. The sensor can get miscalibrated so that when it is all the way open, it will think it is partially closed, causing it to automatically close. Either that or the drive isn't opening all the way and it is sensing this. Either way, have a look at the drives and the gears and make sure nothing looks out of whack.

The same thing is in Denver right now. I saw it a few weeks ago and I really enjoyed it as well.

Not my dog, but my girlfirends dog, Zebo... edited to add: before anyone gets pissed, this is a photoshop...

Okay, your problem is that you stopped drinking at sunrise. Once you start a day drunk, you must finish the day in that state, otherwise you are looking at an extended hangover. Get some more booze immedatly!

While I absolutly agree that driving with cell phones is dangerous, I disagree with the conclusion of study that Driving with a cell phone is more dangerous then driving drunk. The methodology is not very solid.... Okay, so first of all three simulated accidents is enough to draw conclusions from?? Not a very good sample set if you ask me. Next, the "drunk" people all had a BAC of exactly 0.08 Yes, that's the legal limit, but it is the very lower end of what most states consider drunk. Personally, I think the .08 DUI limit is too low and the result of petitioning and lobying by MADD type groups. 0.08 is not what most people would consider "Drunk", a bit tipsy maybe, but far from drunk. Bump the drivers up to the 0.15 to 0.20 range and see how they react....

Yup. It's a matter of a bit of fairly straightforward XML code. I found it pretty easy to generate using google's examples. On one of the sites I work on we use a database content management system and use that to generate our sitemap. What exactly was your question?

These people know how to put fake routing numbers on the check that keep it in banking limbo for weeks. The check will clear initially just fine, however it would eventually come back and get deducted from your account.

ouch I think I'll go with cabo or Sauza Tres Generaciones Anejo. The bottle will be empty tommorow morning no matter what, so it's only the first few drinks that matter anyway.

Just looked it up. It's not as expensive as I feared. I might just have to try it!

I think all that is a little out of my budget. Maybe one of the above though... Cabo Wabo is good stuff....that seems to be the standard "nice" tequila in my group.
