Won't sign a traffic ticket? That's a tasering!
freethefly replied to ryoder's topic in Speakers Corner
I agree with that. My nephew is a cop and I would hope no one shoots him. He is a good cop and has told us stories about some very fucked up cops around KC. He puts all of his stops on DVD. I've seen some real assholes on those and Ryan, calm, cool and collected takes control easily by being calm and reasonable. I might not have so much patience as he does. The funniest one is when he follows an ederly asian man who rolled through a red light. He follows the guy to a house and then confronts him. The guy starts swinging punches and Ryan picks the guy up and holds him at arms length (Ryan is about 6'5" and weighs over 300 pounds. You would be a fool to fuck with him). The guy still throwing punches when his family comes out to see what is going on. Ryan explains to them what he did and they talk to him in their native language. He calms down and Ryan gives him a warning and explains to his family that he needs to understand the law and what his duty is. All went well and Ryan was on his way. Need more cops like Ryan. Bullshit! Would you allow the police to search your car during a routine traffic stop? I've forced a cop to call in drug dogs and a good number of officers after a refusal to allow him to search my car. 3 to 4 hours later and most likely a lot of the taxpayers money being wasted, they fucktard gave me my ticket and i was out of there laughing my ass off at what a bunch of Barney Fifes they were. They cop told me that I could had saved them a lot of time had I only let him search my car. I told him to fuck himself, took my ticket and left. My lawyer got it reduced to a parking ticket. Sure, I could had let that bozo search my car but why? "...And once you're gone, you can't come back When you're out of the blue and into the black." Neil Young -

HIV quickly dies outside of the body. In order for HIV to be passed from one to another during a fight, one open wound would need to be pressed against the other. Being that wounds bleed out and not in, the likelyhood would still be extremely thin that transmission would occur. To my knowledge, and I read everything concerning HIV/AIDS, there has never been a case of transmission during a fight. From the law library; MURDER, FIRST DEGREE - In order for someone to be found guilty of first degree murder the government must prove that the person killed another person; the person killed the other person with malice aforethought; and the killing was premeditated. To kill with malice aforethought means to kill either deliberately and intentionally or recklessly with extreme disregard for human life. Premeditation means with planning or deliberation. The amount of time needed for premeditation of a killing depends on the person and the circumstances. It must be long enough, after forming the intent to kill, for the killer to have been fully conscious of the intent and to have considered the killing. MURDER, SECOND DEGREE - In order for someone to be found guilty of second degree murder the government must prove that the person killed another person; the person killed the other person with malice aforethought; and the killing was premeditated. Note that the elements are identical with those for 1st degree murder. The practical difference is the sentences are different. Which crime to charge is usually entirely up to the prosecutor¼s discretion. MURDER, THIRD DEGREE - when unintentionally, through their own reckless, dangerous behavior, kill someone. Also, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Murder It does seem that by his own words that his intent was to kill and nothing less. No, he should have stayed in his own house, not act like he's rambo But what about helping ? Or are we all to adhear to your aproach? Act like a liberal puss Oh, then we all should become our own little system of justice? Make up the rules as we go? Should everyone just go about shooting anyone who breaks a law? My nephew, Aggie Dave and all other LEO's should just turn in their gear and go home? Maybe next time you see someone, say maybe... breaking into a car (never mind that they may own the car and merely locked the keys inside, small details are not important when a chance to be Rambo arises), be a helpful citizen and gun them down. To hell with our court system. "...And once you're gone, you can't come back When you're out of the blue and into the black." Neil Young -

Had he never stepped through the door, there would had been no confrontation. He forced the confrontation thus making himself the aggressor. He should had never gone outside. Oh, I'm not saying he bears no responsibility for the situation. But first degree murder requires premediation prior to the event, and that's not evident here. He saw people breaking into a house next door and choose to act. In Texas that may be perfectly legal. In CA it's probably manslaughter. I think it would be a stretch to get a 2nd degree conviction for it. He was specific on what his intentions were when he told the 911 operator "I'm going to kill them". A few seconds later he says "Boom, you're dead" and shots are heard. It is my understanding that if you think out the act before committing the act then that is 1rst degree murder. He stated that he was in fact going to kill them and then he did. That is murder. "...And once you're gone, you can't come back When you're out of the blue and into the black." Neil Young -

The guy was not defending his property. The guy didn't even know the neighbor. He says so on the 911 tape. He also said that he was going outside to kill these guys. His intention for going outside was to kill and nothing more. He was not protecting anything. He could had easily killed a neighborhood kid who may had been cutting through a yard. He also uses the Sept 11th attack as justification for killing these guys. How fucking pathetic is that. "...And once you're gone, you can't come back When you're out of the blue and into the black." I would agree if the the old man was outside to begin with and was confronted by the dirtbag thief but, he wasn't. Some years back when I was younger, stronger, bigger and dumber, I got into a confrontation with some guy at a stoplight. Long story short, he pulled a gun and said he was going to blow my head off. The light goes green and he drives off. Could had ended there but, like a moron, I follow him to the next light and got out to kick his ass. The guy freaked and wouldn't get out of his car so I kicked in his window and jumped halfway in and beat the crap out of him. Later that night the police showed up at my girlfriend's house (I was driving her car) as his girlfriend took down the plate number on Kelly's car. I explained my part of the story and was told that by getting out of my car changed everything and thus made me the aggressor. Had I stayed in my car and just took down his plate number and called it in it would had been a different story and I would not had got tossed in jail for the night. He confronted them with violence. Not the other way around. Had he never stepped through the door, there would had been no confrontation. He forced the confrontation thus making himself the aggressor. He should had never gone outside. Reading some of the blogs on this, I wonder if he would had done the samething had some kid been giving the neighbor a lawn job. Actions such as his does not make our society any safer. He started out doing the right thing but he quickly turned it around. The sequence of events would had been burglary, Mr. Horn calls 911 with discription (maybe a plate number) and then let the police do their job. Horn altered the sequence by his own actions thus creating his own sequence of events that otherwise would not had occured. Not him. His family owns Kirlin's Hallmark based out of Quincy, Il. I could be wrong. I always thought he lived in Quincy. Here's a cool article on him http://www.wired.com/wired/archive/13.10/kirlin.html?pg=2&topic=kirlin&topic_set= "...And once you're gone, you can't come back When you're out of the blue and into the black." After hearing the actual 911 call on the news a couple of days ago it was appearant that this bozo was just itching to kill someone. The guy sounded like a nutcase when he says "Boom, your dead". This guy went outside to do only one thing and that was to kill someone who was not a threat to him. He had only one thing in mind and that was to murder someone. He planned his action before he stepped out the door and then executed that action by pulling the trigger. He committed first degree murder. THe guy he killed may had been a thief but this guy is far worst by his glee to be so anxious to kill someone. Mind you, I would had a different opinion had the burgler came into this guys house and then was shot. "...And once you're gone, you can't come back When you're out of the blue and into the black." Plan on hiking for days? Skip all the crap you'll never use. Me, I take my rifle and at least ten rounds. Camo coveralls that I have never washed. A bottle of water and some sandwiches. A mini maglite. Of course my tags and orange. My camera. My buck 110v for gutting. I almost always get a deer. I never use any of the crap that they push at the Bass Proshop. You don't need to spend money on anti-scent soap or any deer scent. You do need to be familiar with the area. Know how the deer are moving. Know what is around you so not to put a stray round into someones home or into someones cow. Be very familiar with your rifle. Be very quite and very still. Good luck. No problem in Michigan. So if baiting is not fair, neither is urine, camo, rifles, or any modern tool. Go out there with a club and do it like real man! I know a guy who killed a big buck with a buck knife. No fucking shit. Terrel Blankingship down in Georgia. Big fucking Georgia cracker. They were testing along on the NS (Sperry Rail Service UX/EMF test car) when they spotted a buck with his rack tangled in some brush. Terrel jumped off of the car and ran up to the buck and threw his arm around it's neck (Terrel weighs around 300lbs and is fucking huge) and went to slicing it's throat. The buck pulled free and Terrel jumped on it's back. It took of with this hillybilly motherfucker hanging on while trying to cut it's throat. They both went down but with the buck getting extremely mad. It gored the hell out of him to the point where he needed medical care. He did kill the buck but got some nasty looking scars in the process. He told me it wasn't the smartess thing he's ever done. I said "No shit". We go up there several times throughout the year. Been hunting the same land for quite awhile and know the paths they take where acorns are plenty and when they hit certian ponds. I have several places where I lay and wait. I got this big buck at one spot that I know they run during the rut one week ago. I saw him last year but everyone thought I was bullshitting

I hunt on private farmland and spend the whole day in the woods or on the edge of a pasture lay in brush. We do it whether it's below zero degrees, snow or ice on the ground, rain, sleet or whatever the wheather throws at us. We scout out the deer trails, look for rubs and droppings and track our deer after the shot if it doesn't drop where it's shot. Sometimes a deer will run for several miles after being shot. I'd like to see one of these wanna be deerhunters do that. Fuck them and their sissy hunt. "...And once you're gone, you can't come back When you're out of the blue and into the black." Neil Young

PotatoHead attacks Woody at Skydive Atlanta
freethefly replied to ItHasToBeSaid's topic in The Bonfire
This guy is married with childern and he is out screwing someones girlfriend (wonder what his wife thanks)? Hmmmm. If that's the case, he got what he deserves. Sounds as if he screwed his own family over for a piece of strange. That is his fault if he was screwing her. This Tater guy however, just fucked himself for a woman (if they were still together) who wasn't worth it (no cheating skank is worth going to prison for). He should had punched her and bought this Woody guy a beer for showing him what a whore his girlfriend is (if that's the case). That there is alot of ifs for someone to be laying in the hospital. From what I garner from all of the postings, it was just a coldcock to the head and what followed was not intended to happen. But, appearantly it did and now one guy is in serious condition and the other in serious trouble. And what of the girlfriend? Will she go about her merry way while one is in the hospital and the other wanted by the law? Shit happens when ya step outside the lines. If there was a sexual encounter between this Woody guy and this Tater guy's girlfriend, This Woody should had been expecting something to happen. On the otherhand, this Tater guy should had taken this as a sign of what to expect of his girlfriend and bid her adieu. If this Woody did screw her, he was cheating on his wife, not a very noble guy, if that was what he was doing. If he was doing that, he screwed up. Some people get a bullet in the head for doing that. There are consequences for your actions and appaerantly this is the consequence for his actions. The consequence for Taters actions will be, possibly, prison. Screwing around, whether married or not, has major consequence. Could be divorce (if married), AIDS (or anyother STD, plus the possibilty of passing it on to your spouse if married), or injury or death. I've hung around dropzones long enough to see a number of guys screw around on their wifes and wifes screw around on their husbands. My opinion is if you are doing that, then what you get is what you sow. Whether it is AIDS (I'll just laugh my ass off), injury/death, or divorce it is your own fault and I feel nothing for you as you know as well as i do that for every action there is an opposite reaction. Can we please keep this discussion out of Speakers' Corner. Please, please pretty please? Feel free to start a parallel topic over there but right now I'm just looking for a little support from my friends in Bonfire. A lot of freaking good your bonfire friend support system will do ya when someone gets in and rape and kills you. If you are unwilling to protect yourself with violence then it is your own fault when you find yourself on the ground bleeding. Get a weapon and learn how to use it. The cops will not protect you as it is not their job to do so. They only come into play after the crime. Your friends on this board are definetly not going to protect you. Feely good support does absolutely no good when someone is splattering your grey matter against your chalky white walls. Only you can protect yourself. If you are unwilling to do that, then you are the one to blame for what happens to you. Time and place for everything Say that to those who didn't learn how to protect themselves. Their time and place is in the ground. Notice that I never mentioned the forbidden word that some on this board abhor. I mentioned weapon. That could be any number of items from lethal to non-lethal. Pick one or more and learn how to use them. If someone is strictly against using violence to protect themself then only they are to blame for what happens to them.
