    Yeah!!!! Nice weekend weather in Seattle area! 0:9:0 All of course at Blue Skies south of Bremerton, and Amazon stopped by to say hello just in time for a naked jumper landing!!! (no, it wasn't me!) Not sure how many clear weekends we have left in Seattle, but gotta love them while we can. ACME??? Did you jump??? How's the wrist?? How you doing on freefall time???     Big Fat Zero's across the board. I was fighting a head cold all weekend, and was more than a bit of an ass to a few people at the DZ on Saturday so I went home and left them in peace on Sunday!     I didn't dare make another thread slightly related to this.... but who here has bought these DVD's??? I bought mine today from best buy, started watching "A New Hope" and when it got to track (chapter) 27, two flaws or burps. The disk wasn't scratched, just a flaw when it was made. So I took the box set back to best buy and exchanged it. Once I got home.... watched track 27 again, and guess what... three burps! Anyone else had this problem?? Problem on both my home system and my laptop DVD player. GRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!! Goggles and Teeth "You fall like a greased safe!!!"

    :3:0 Well, I really hope winter hasn't arrived early in the northwest... many weeks of rainy weekends already. ACME, quit stomping off mad just because you know I'm gonna beat you to 2hrs of freefall first.     Thanks for the suggestions.... I took it to Fry's Electronics yesterday because when I bought the motherboard, I bought a warranty with it, so hopefully that's the problem.... they are checking it out "when they get to it." So I hope to have it back in the next day or two. Goggles and Teeth "You fall like a greased safe!!!"

    Didn't think of that, just tried it.... no bios screen since I can't get anything on the monitor. It shut down fine last night... I have an LCD Plat panel monitor, and I don't think it's that because when I push the power button on it, a small screen pops up that says no signal. Still no boot up sound from the speakers either. I do get the system speaker beep, but that is all other than fan noise. So, looking at motherboard?? what about the processor?? thoughts??? Goggles and Teeth "You fall like a greased safe!!!"

    HELP!!!! My desktop died sometime over night. It was running fine last night, shut it down correctly, and when I went to turn it on this morning it didn't boot up. The monitor says "no signal" when it is turned on. The speakers do not play the standard start up tune. The hard drive and CD/DVD rom drives spin at start up and the hard drive tries to run, but nothing from it. The little light on the motherboard indicating power is on. My guess is the motherboard crapped out because it isn't sending video to the video card or sound to the speakers which are integrated. It could also be the processor, but that doesn't explain the no video problem. Any thoughts????? Goggles and Teeth "You fall like a greased safe!!!"

    BE SUPER CAREFUL WHEN YOU CLICK ON ANY OF THOSE LINKS!!!! I clicked on the Star Wars kid one, and one other, and got tons of spyware that I'm still trying to get off my dam computer!! Watch out!!!!! Goggles and Teeth "You fall like a greased safe!!!"

    I'm an anvil too! Not only on my belly, but in a sit fly too. I've been working on my sit, and I clocked a max 174mph this weekend. Another guy that freeflies on a regular basis said "dude, you need to slow down." NEVER!! Goggles and Teeth "You fall like a greased safe!!!"

    I'm here too........... I'm hurt Amazon!! If you can get here on a sunny weekend, you won't want to leave. When the sun is out, the weather here is awesome, especially if you can see "the mountain" If the weather is bad, you can still do the Market, Underground Tour, the Space Needle, EMP...etc like everyone else said. But if the weather is great, try to jump somewhere.... 3 good DZ's in the area. K-pow, Snohomish, or my home at Blue Skies. Enjoy your Trip!!! Goggles and Teeth "You fall like a greased safe!!!"
