    Here she comes They expect Wilma to be a category 2 hurricane when it hits. Looking at landfall in florida around 7am Monday morning, but the storm conditions will hit here starting late evening and overnight. They are saying to "plan on loosing power." Fun Fun!!     Kateee, Wanna adopt my cat for the hurricane?? she will be stuck in my apartment (yes with plenty of food and water, etc) while I'm at work. Have I mentioned how much I hate working in tv lately??? Goggles and Teeth "You fall like a greased safe!!!"

    I think the real problem is the first law of physics. An object in motion tends to stay in motion unless acted upon by another force. That whole thing about innertia. When falling, you will keep falling untill something either slows you down, or you slam into that great big green ball known as earth. So the fall won't kill you, it's the stop that stings a bit.     According to our local meterologist, it will make landfall somewhere between Fort Myers and the Keys either Saturday Night or Sunday morning. According to him, it could be a direct hit in the SWFL area. Storm serge of possibly 2 to 4 ft. Head for the hills if you can. I'll be at work with most of my apartment covered in plastic!!!! WAHOOOOOOO Thank God I live on the second floor.... Gonna be a fun night at work!!!!!!!! Goggles and Teeth "You fall like a greased safe!!!"

    OH work this weekend will be fun!!!! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr They are already planning the news coverage for this, and of course it will be insane. Yet another of the 500 reasons I need to quit working in television!!!! I asked my S.O. what she was planning to do about Wilma, and she said that she might go up to Orlando.....     IMO I use Pinnacle Studio 9 for most of my editing. It is user friendly for those new to editing, and still has some "fancy" tricks for the experienced editor. I use it on my Win XP system at home, but it is a memory hog as all video programs are. I reccommend that you have at least a Gig of ram before you really start editing. I've used Premier and Avid at work, but for skydving movies that I do at home.... I prefer Pinnacle. but that's just my $.02 Goggles and Teeth "You fall like a greased safe!!!"
