You hate cows?! But, they're so CUTE! Big fat noses, pretty brown eyes, happy kinda amble about, think I'll try this here set of clover.... no real stress, no worries... Well, I just had to take a cold shower...and I'm in CO. But the real question is.... Did you get to take that shower WITH anyone? Cuz cold party showers can be quite warming/invigorating too! I've never dated a female who liked ANYTHING cold. (Off to take another cold shower....alone) Not saying I LIKE cold showers (I actually prefer them hot enough to scald! Good thing I'm not a dermatologist.)... but when you're in the shower long enough for all the wonderful hot water to be used up and you're still "not done"... ya gotta finish! But anyway... another way to stay warm -building a fire outside. A big roaring one that can be seen by the space shuttle!

I think ALL guys should drink pineapple juice. At least a glass a day, it should be a law. With all the other foolish laws, this one would be good for everyone!

Personally, I turn up the heat - but that's cuz I'm a "as few clothes as possible" kinda gal. But if you have finacial restrictions then the options given are very reasonable. Run a steaming hot bath. (remember the lotion after, so you don't dry out your skin too much though) Having a good down comforter is a must... then you don't have to turn the temp up OR put on clothes. Nothing wrong with cuddling naked under a wonderful cloud of warm. (except when you have to come out of your protective little cocoon... and you freeze bits!) Also alcohol makes it feel nicer too (I know that the real story is actually the opposite, but just saying how to not FEEL so cold) Or moving to FL, AZ for warmer climates (or Alaska to make you appreciate how warm you actually have it now!) Finally, not whining about the cold and working on your game to actually get a skybabe would be another option....

Congratulations on the new move! First off- don't listen to the poo-whooers.... if you need something, and you express that need/desires, and have friends or family that are able to help you start this new chapter, then I do not think having a housewarming party, registering or accpeting the gifts would be "tacky." I'm sure you'll realize that not everyone would be able to give you DVD players/computers/full bedroom sets and some might just give a card with a poem and a wish for your happiness. But for those who can do more, letting it be known what specifically could help you out most is not a crime and it's actually a bit of a convience for some. Yes, true friends will know EXACTLY what to get you for every holiday and it will be just that PERFECT special touch (but back to reality - friends are busy too and sometimes it's ok to "cheat" and just see what you asked for). It also gives people a chance to review your tastes are and even if they chose to shop somewhere else, then they know the styles that would fit best with who you are. The important thing is including the friends and family INTO your life. Make them feel as if they will always be welcome where you are, as if this house is one that they could come to for laughing/crying and support. Be happy with what is given to help you start this new chapter and don't really expect too much. And, after the party - if one of the friends that wasn't able to buy you something realizes that you still don't have a toaster, so he/she gives you an extra one that they had... be as appreciative of that as any of the other gifts and include him/her in the love. and don't worry about furnishing the whole house... it will fill up faster than you can imagine. Then a few years down the road, you'll be looking at all the boxes in the garage going "where the h*!! did we get all this?!" And sometimes that one "RIGHT" piece just comes by when it should and if all available floor space is taken, then you have to decide what to get rid of. Congrats!

I think this whole event has been blown way out of proportion. Granted, Prince Harry was unwise in choosing that costume but his "crime" was not anywhere near the outcry that it has brought. Again, very unwise, especially considering the public role that he must always try to live up to (it must be worse than being a movie star). But he was going to a COSTUME party... not a hitler youth meeting. The costume did not necessarily reflect his views or beliefs, just as someone dressed at that devil is not mandatorily evil.(mandatorily? yeah- it's a word, in my special dictionary) Don't think me insensitive for the tragedy in WWII - it was a horrible war; lots of death, pain and hell... but he didn't cause it, and he didn't verbalize support for it (not anymore than a person dressed as a witch on Halloween is verbalizing support of the Wiccan beliefs). He's just a kid that didn't think things through. I just don't understand the logic in thinking that banning the swastika will change perceptions. It seems like just a knee jerk reaction. Most personal perceptions and biases are based on personal opinion and beliefs, some thought out and some just passed on from generations (which, as we know is not the case here) - but not based on what is and isn't legal/banned today. Just more foolish legislation. Sorry it's happening across the pond, but glad it isn't just in the US. Silly Lawyers

I haven't shot any matches recently (read "years and years"), but I do like the distance shooting. (sometimes shoot at "the property" which is owned by friends and has a 1,000yd range. I used to do fairly well in service rifle matches. But need time to practice - and if it's good enough weahter to shoot, it's good enough to jump! Tough dilema
