Where's Skyvan? Maybe that should be an option? And as far as the shower thing goes... there are 27 votes +21 votes + 23 votes... 61 is a pretty good number.... Karen

Trying to take this back on track... Sorry to hear that things aren't going as smoothly as you would like. I know the feeling and just try to tell myself that even though it might not be the way that I had planned... the fates go the way they should. (some might see that as a "cop-out", but I would rather see positives than focus on dissappointment) Good luck with the surgery. Karen

Some of my Army friends took more naps before noon than us AF types took all day. Karen and p.s. go run - Its what i'm gonna do.

No... the cat is alive. And the coin IS gold. Perception is reality. But then again, I am idealistic and optimistic. Awareness of an object is through use of the senses. Since things might not always turn out actually to be as they seem to us, there is some reason to wonder about the reliability of sense perception. In philosophy, idealism is any epistemological theory that proposes a difference between what is inside and outside of the mind. The ideal, in these systems, is the realm of mental ideas, words, or images. The several varieties of idealism affirm the actual existence of such a realm; and often give this realm absolute, or at least perceptual or logical, priority over any reality outside the mind. It is usually juxtaposed with realism in which the real is said to exist prior to and independently of our knowledge. But then again, others are "glass is half empty" and still others are "who pissed in my Mt. Dew to make it half empty!?" I would pick how you stand personally on this issue and argue that cause. A true friend has more to do with a deep level of connection than an amount of contact or conversation. I have some friends that I haven't chatted with for years that I would still call my "true firends" Karen

Would you want to know if you will die and when or not?

Wolf... part of a close pack, but still independant and self-sufficient. Life of running, hunting, barking.... (or a big cat, sleek and relaxed)

I like naps after post call... even if I get 3-4 hours of sleep that night. There is just something nice about getting home at noon or one and collapsing in the bed that you missed the night before. Naps, good.

I actually tried waffles and cream of chicken soup... I would have laughed at anyone who suggested it, until I tried it myself. I was quite suprised!! Doesn't sound like it would be good together.... but I was happy!

How much are raffel tickets... and do you have to be present to win? -
If I were looking, I would want him to have confidence in all areas (not just the bedroom), knowledge of what would make him and me happy, and understanding that he might get to learn a thing or two along the way. But... that all being said, although it's not a deal breaker, I would perfer he not have experience with some of the "ill effects" of sexual relations. (as an OB/Gyn... I've seen some rather nasty things that I would rather not be exposed to) Karen

Typo or freudian slip? I have had many life adventures and experiences beyond my dreams that have shaped my reality. Love, friendship and challenges... what else could you wish for in a life? -
I AM still a broke student. C'mon now. A broke student, with student loan debts (lots of that) and a future 3-4 years of high stress and low pay.... then after that, he'll have the money for the hookers, but not the energy or spirit. **serious answer. I say it to all that are cherished by me, as often as needed and then more. Those that are dear to my heart will know their importance. I have missed the opportunity in the past and vow that it will not happen again. There is little more crushing than to say those words to your friends after they have died. Karen

Be a priate instead.... I always thought that was a good goal.

Most of the pictures are from the law enforcement area (specifically the "cool" booths in the LE area) and we also had many pictures taken at the annual Badger Party .... and I will try to get copies and post them by the weekend (or so)

The SHOT Show was fantastic this year.... It had so many vendors that it didn't fit in the Las Vegas Convention center and there were tents in the parking lot area for those that didn't get booths inside. Like a kid in a candy store..... (I just wanted to make you all jealous )

Ever have one of those days where everything should be good (starting vacation by going to Vegas for SHOT show....) but yet you just feel that everything is off.... I hate that. Just wanna shrug it all off and let it behind.

But are they? It may be like Superman and Clark Kent.... Does that mean that he has a multiple personality disorder? Happy Sky Birthday!! 25 years that almost *cough* as long as I've been alive. *cough* Karen
